As first-time visitors to London from Germany, we were very impressed with the service at this restaurant. We highly recommend trying the gingerbread hot chocolate - it's absolutely fantastic!

We came back here for a dessert after an Iranian meal round the corner. The hot chocolates were good but all the cakes we wanted were out of stock. Cakes are ok but very expensive. The service was ok but we had to ask again for water. Very overpriced.

I love the atmosphere and the mulled wine served by the friendly Mohammed at Caffè Concerto on Kensington High Street. I am a frequent customer here because of their excellent customer service, delicious food at affordable prices, and charming decor with pink flowers and comfortable chairs. Speisekarte ansehen

Ali and Guzman (our servers) we’re very nice to all of us!!! We were celebrating a birthday for one of our colleagues and the serving staff made it a great experience! This restaurant is very highly recommended!!! Thank you to all the staff involved! The food was excellent, the ambiance was great and the vibe was fantastic!!!

Looked nice on the outside so we went in for coffee and cake. A dry muffin and a cold croissant wasn’t very good. The staff were completely disinterested when I politely spoke to them. Maybe we weren’t up market enough or spending enough money. I feel we’d have got better from our local Lidl bakery. It would be nice to see a response from the owner.

I had the unfortunate experience of trying the dessert and coffee at this establishment, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. The dessert, a supposed American pancake was dry,bad smell, flavorless, and reminiscent of cardboard. The coffee, which should be a saving grace, was just as dismal. It was bitter and lukewarm, a far cry from the rich and aromatic brew I had hoped for. The overall dining experience left much to be desired, and I would not recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth or a caffeine craving. Speisekarte ansehen
