Being a couple who love good food, we were recommended this restaurant. We ate some very good meat, we loved it. Being a big dessert lover, I was a little disappointed to have an emulsion that made the butter... A rather quiet place, nice at the start of the meal. Afterwards we were lucky enough to have a small concert not very far away. I recommend this place, with very friendly staff and very good wines

had a delicious menu lunch. eating was influenced asian French. my starter was slices of raw bark in a broth flavored with various ingredients such as Thai basilikum and lemongrass. in general was a duck breast with cubed apricoses and carrots. the chef was dessert on lemon melissa. all great. vegetarian options for my partner were limited, but the staff suggested a combination of selections from other who worked very well.

Since 2014, we have followed Christophe Bolis, the talented chef of Café de France, in his inventions which highlight local products and wines. At the top in the dining room thanks to sommelier Ludovic who tirelessly searches for the first vintages of growing estates, and in the pleasant setting of the Caderousse dikes which allow you to have lunch in town (almost) without cars, you let yourself be charmed, surprised, nourished and water.
