A lovely breakfast, good portions and friendly staff with efficient and expedient service. Eggs benedict was perfectly presented . We will be back.

This restaurant serves delicious coffee with amazing service, super fast, and at a good price. I ordered a caramel latte with a smile and it was excellent. I will definitely be returning, maybe for lunch next time. I give it 5 stars.

Meet my best friend for a catch up, we googled a few places and decided to try Cafe Papillion. We were not disappointed. Food was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful and a good price too. This will definitely be our new middle way meeting place. Speisekarte ansehen

The food here is wonderful generous portions, well sourced, high quality fresh ingredients all prepared in a wholesome, home cooked style. Hats of to the chef and the lovely attentive staff. The chicken cesar salad is my favourite and my husband loves the steak and ale pie for a truly hearty lunch. The cakes available and the breakfast menu are also excellent. Amazing omlette, with choice of fillings. You won't be disappointed!

We popped into Cafe Papillon as they had homemade soup on the menu and what a delicious soup it was! Creamy roasted butternut squash. It was silky smooth and so delicious. Served with toasted baguette and butter on the side. Delicious cakes for dessert we had coffee and walnut and a gluten free coconut and cherry cake (just because it looked good not because we're gluten free!! . Coffee was great too. All round a great find. Will definitely come back here. Staff friendly and efficient and good to be able to see the chef at work.

I can honestly say that this is the best coffee shop we have ever visited. It is always worth making a special trip from South Croydon to enjoy our coffees at this wonderful place. The coffees are excellent, the food is of high quality and there is plenty of it, especially the breakfasts which are cooked to perfection by Steve, the owner and chef. They also offer a delicious selection of cakes. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, with table service provided by friendly staff, especially Mica. Even during lockdown, we were able to get our takeaway coffees and bacon sandwiches from Steve and his team, showing how much they care about their customers. Speisekarte ansehen
