Café Retro - Speisekarte

My family and I are here with a bus tour and we stopped in for a late lunch after visiting the Roman Baths.

A very clean, bright, and efficient baguette shop convenient to where we had to renovate our tour bus in Bath, Cafe Retro was a great place for a fresh,

Visited on a Friday late morning,1030 ish. Small, busy cafe. Popular with the locals. Ordered a big breakfast, was delicious. Plenty to choose from on the menu. Also offer dairy free options on the drinks. Lovely staff. Children welcome too, colouring books and reading books on the side. Lovely atmosphere.

a great place for a quick bite after visiting the Roman baths. the service was friendly and fast. eating was good and there are many ways to choose from. what are the daily specialties and what looks like some very tasty desserts. cafe retro was on the small side, but it was cozy and exactly what we needed for a afternoon meal.

Whilst looking around the area and deciding where to eat , we found the Cafe Retro and had a really nice breakfast here. It wasn 't a cheap meal but you are worth remembering 'you get what you pay for ' and we certainly did. It was nice well cooked quality food, of which we both enjoyed. It 's a shame we didn 't get back there for a dinner too as I 'm sure that would 've been just as tasty. Lovely staff and excellent service. Thanks Speisekarte ansehen

it is a nice cozy place with really friendly staff. it is perfect for families and groups of people. I ordered the retro English breakfast. I also ordered a single shot latte, but I got a double shot. the coffee is not worth ordering how it was burned and took old to cool off. but the manager was beautiful and I didn't even ask for a refund when she told me she would refund the coffee I didn't touch at all. 4 stars for service and breakfast.

when they visit bath, they can simply overwhelmed by the choice of the place to discover and where to stop for a bit a beautiful coffee and a great breakfast. we have probably thought about 20 minutes where we go until we saw cafe retro around the corner. it was the perfect stop! great atmosphere, good selection of delicious food and drink. it really helped us relax before they go back to enjoy the tourist games! if they are in bath, they should make a stop.

the portions were quite small in comparison to what I am used to, but the eating itself was freshly cooked and could not be fault-free. the staff were very friendly and were attentive during our visit. one I commented at that time, was the fact that the was better if it were more herby, it tasted like the sausage used in a sausage in a chip shop. I guess this is more personal preference and would recommend this place to others to eat a cheap bite, a cooked breakfast in bath center. Speisekarte ansehen
