"I was very disappointed with my experience at Cafe Rouge in Victoria. As a regular customer of the franchise, I chose this branch as a central meeting place for a group of friends. However, we were unhappy with the cold atmosphere, noisy environment, and lack of service. We waited over an hour for our food without any apology from the staff.
