Il n'y a pas beaucoup de place et le responsable travaille seul, donc le service est peu moins rapide qu'ailleurs, mais le cadre est magnifique, les produits sont frais et locaux. C'est délicieux!! Une pause déjeuner détente ave les collègues entre deux rendez-vous. Nous y allons régulièrement.

We arrived in Toul without hotel and went to the official tourism info office. They were not helpful so we came to CafeChoppe search for WIFI and a drink. What a find! Damien, the owner, was very helpful for us. He called a hotel to make our reservation! We also tried the local Toul wine, which was very refreshing. We drove from Liverdun to Toul and during the visit of the cathedral found this jewel in the square opposite the cathedral. It has a beautiful terrace outside where you can look at the amazing architecture. We just thought of coffee and chocolate... Croissants but the staff was friendly, the prices reasonable and the food, coffee very good. There were more food available that looked nice. Worth a visit.

Après avoir découvrir la superbe cathédrale de Toul, et s'être fait refusé une table à 13h30, un dimanche dans plusieurs restaurants, nous sommes revenus vers la cathédrale, où une surprise nous attendait...En poussant la porte du Caféchoppe, on pénètre une échoppe où la chaleur et le plaisir se dégagé des couleurs chaudes des lieux.Pas beaucoup de tables, ni une grande carte mais des choses simples, faites maison avec quiche lorraine, tartine, ... des bières régionales, de bons gris de Toul, ... Tout pour passer un bon moment, jusqu'au moment de déguster une part de tarte maison, avec la recette pour les curieux gourmands... N'hésitez pas, dégustez !

When we sat down at the table and asked for the menu, we were told we would have to wait a while. No problem. Little did we know it would take almost 3/4 of an hour. Then they brought us the food. One was not the one ordered. But that's okay. I had to take my cutlery because they forgot to bring it. An older couple sat at the next table and ordered a drink. After 30 minutes, the waitress came to tell them that they couldn't have the food because the ingredients were missing. They paid for the drinks and left. We also finished eating, paid and left. Too bad, the food was very tasty and well priced. The place is beautiful and quiet. I hope they learn and improve. Fingers crossed. Speisekarte ansehen
