Cah-Chi - Speisekarte

The restaurant offers great food, with a very friendly staff, and you can bring your own drinks.

For a small, neighbourhood restaurant, Cah-Chi is smartly presented with crisp white tablecloths and comfortable, high-backed chairs. Staff were attentive, whisking away our coats as we sat down, and taking our friends’ food allergies (between the two of them, nuts, fish and egg were all off-limits) seriously when explaining the menu to us.

We had a great experience at this restaurant on New Year's Day! The fabulous set menu offered a variety of dishes to try. The BBQ was delicious and well-prepared, and the service was excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience in a cozy and welcoming environment, with high-quality food. There will always be something exciting about a restaurant that barbecues the meat at your table, but what makes this Korean special is the value of everything we had on the menu. From starter to BBQ main and sides, everything was delicious and great value for money. What makes things even better is the BYO policy on wine. Just make sure you take cash as for some bizarre reason they don't accept card.

four free bowls with nibbles were bought – a spicy agitator eggplant, a kartoffel salad (not sure how typical Korean that is) caramelized soybeans that were delicious moorish but rather frustrating with my limited chiffel stick to eat, and of course, kimchi. this was especially good; sour, with a good we shared two starters between us three. the prawn and vegetabile tempura was a little greasy, with a thick dough coating, but the prawn

If you happen to be a little further out in South West London, then Cah-Chi is without a doubt well worth a visit. With sophisticated interiors, incredible service, beaming staff, and delicious food, it’s not a place that will disappoint. A colleague of mine used to live close by and visited with his wife almost every week without fail and it was through his recommendation that I first tried it a while back. For our most recent meal out, we decided to try Cah Chi, a Korean restaurant located in Earlsfield. We were aware that they do not accept card payments, so we made a quick stop at the Barclays bank ATM across the street before heading in. Unfortunately, we forgot to bring any drinks with us and couldn't find a nearby store to purchase one. After driving around the area, we eventually found a Sainsbury's Local near the train station that had a liquor store next to it, which we had missed during our initial search. Overall, despite the minor inconvenience, our experience at Cah Chi was enjoyable and the food was delicious.

With the Asian cuisine, cheap menu and BYO approach to booze, you’d be forgiven for thinking Cah-Chi was a textbook Kingsland road offering, but it’s actually down the road from me in Earlsfield. This Korean nugget has been around for a while and gets the punters in every night despite its low-key location. It’s not hard to see why – not only does the 6 course set menu weigh in at a bonkers £19.50 per head, the food is fresh, authentic and fuss-free. On Sunday I went for lunch with a friend and her brother at Cah-Chi Korean restaurant in Earlsfield. She lives down there and had asked me to help her sort through her wardrobe. I agreed, in exchange for Korean food. I’d heard good things about Cah-Chi and, if I’m going that far south, I need some sort of gastronomic reimbursement. I had booked but clearly needn’t have.
