Cena favolosa. Il menù preparato dallo chef Scabin è da 10 e lode. I vini abbinati un surplus a cui non si può rinunciare. Un plauso speciale ad Elisabetta e Nicola che allietano la serata, molto preparati e cortesi. Esperienza da vivere.

5* piene, per il giusto equilibrio di location e piatti proposti. 5* per il personale che, leggendo le recensioni precedenti, è decisamente migliorato. 5* all'idea di mettere in un bistrot cucina di buon livello. Pranzo ottimo con il PIEMONTE GOLOSO!

Siamo stati accolti con cortesia e disponibilità. Ci siamo stati sia a pranzo che a cena. A partire dall'assaggio di benvenuto, abbiamo gustato delle ottime pietanze come un brasato morbidissimo o un hamburger di astice accompagnato da patate croccanti con salse. Complimenti. Speisekarte ansehen

Bistrot al top questo in via Carlo Alberto e situato sotto il Gran hotel Sitea. Prendo il vitello tonnato ed è uno spettacolo puro: la salsa tonnata è perfetta, la carne leggerissima, si taglia con un tocco di forchetta. Insomma, mi sono ripromesso che non mangerò mai più un vitello tonnato fuori dal Piemonte. Barolo al top. Prezzi neppure troppo cari. Consigliatissimo...
