"Very welcoming place, with a warm and family atmosphere. The staff is super prepared, courteous and helpful and so was also towards our dog (they promptly received it and offered her a bowl of water, always welcome). The service is clear and precise. The dishes are simply SPETTACOLARI! On the menu there are various variations of dishes made of vegetable, meat and fish. Also excellent selection of wines. The portions are well served, abundant and very tasty! Definitely to try! !"

"Sono sempre stato incuriosito dallo chef. Volevo conoscerlo attraverso i suoi piatti e capire qcs di più. Abbiamo scelto un menù degustazione di portate. Più che un Menù è un viaggio a gradi che parte della Francia e arriva a Brescia, con dei passaggi in oriente. Esperienza straordinaria. Un crescere di sapori e consistenze che mi hanno lasciato senza parole. Una menzione particolare a due piatti: la parmigiana di melanzane, e il polipo. Impossibili da dimenticare. Tra l'altro lo chef è venuto personalmente al tavolo a servirci i piatti. Si vede che tiene particolarmente al servizio. Due parole sul personale di sala. Giovane, molto preparato e competente. Come tutti i viaggi, hanno il loro costo..ma sono viaggi che ne vale la pena di fare, e sicuramente da rifare"

"My husband and I had our wedding anniversary dinner in this lovely restaurant and it was such a pleasant and unforgettable dining experience. The ambience (which we were dining in a 12th Century cellar), the service, the food quality, all were impeccable! I had tortino di porri e patate for antipasto and guancia di vitello for secondo. Both were extraordinary, the guancia di vitello was cooked to perfection melted in the mouth, mamma mia! Also I had a semifreddo for dessert, that was divine... The meal was moderately priced considering we also had wine. It was raining when we left the restaurant, since we left our car in the hotel so we had to call a taxi to go back, we called for 20 minutes, no taxi! Then the owner of the restaurant came out and invited us to wait in his salumeria, and got us a taxi. He even offered us a pack of biscuits from his shop before we get on our ride. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Abbiamo scoperto questa pinseria grazie ad una coppia di carissimi amici; dopo aver mangiato la prima volta ci siamo tornati con entusiasmo dopo due settimane, potendo apprezzare una specialità romana davvero eccellente! Entrambe le volte, data la stagione, abbiamo mangiato all 'aperto, circondati da una piacevole atmosfera. Il servizio è molto attento e veloce, gli operatori sono educati e precisi. La pinsa che abbiamo potuto assaporare è davvero buona, leggera e fragrante, ma comunque saporita (io ho scelto la 'Nr. 8 ' e la trovo letteralmente paradisiaca, mentre mia moglie la 'Nr. 12 ', altrettanto buona anche se più delicata..il tutto accompagnato con una ottima birra artigianale del birrificio Curtense. Prezzi assolutamente adeguati alla bontà del prodotto e degli ingredienti. In ultimo aggiungo che abbiamo molto apprezzato che Alessandro (il titolare e chef) nonché la sua compagna siano passati dal nostro tavolo, come dagli altri presenti, per scambiare due chiacchiere conviviali! In due sole cene, ci siano innamorati di questa pinsa e di questa pinseria!"
