It's a big pizza. The waiters are kind, carlo is a great pizza maker. I went every Saturday before the pandemic.

very nice and easy to reach. is on the main road so you might find some difficulty in the parking space on sidewalk. passing to the pizzas: Good. really delicious raw materials, variety of pizzas that do not weigh, also seen the excellent quality of the dough. good choice of beers and wines and classic drinks (Coca-Cola, sprite, fanta, etc. I always recommend to go in week, it is known that in the weekend there is more crowd.

really a positive experience: very nice and well maintained local, the quality of pizza and ingredients are very high, the choice is varied but always well balanced. the care is perceived in the choice of combinations between ingredients, especially in gourmet pizzas. the only flaw is the location that does not allow you to enjoy a walk before and/or after consuming the meal, but if you go only for the pizza we are at the top. High quality these two words summarize the experience at Carlo Sammarco!!! The Margherita canotto is space-age, a very light dough that melts in the mouth, the pan is excellent with strong flavors but it is not recommended as a single choice but shared, it is difficult to eat it all, the croque sammarco must be tried, it is really worth it!! Definitely recommended for those who find themselves in the Aversa area, shame about the lack of private parking but there is still space on the street.

the pizzeria of carlo sammarco is another of those magical places that only the bell is able to give. the room is modern, well furnished and very spacious. the possibility to book online (at least for lunch) is definitely an added value, because you avoid long waits. the pizza is amazing, both for the dough and for the ingredients of very first quality. worthy of mention are porcini and sausage and parmigiana 2.0 (with Neapolitan ragù, fried eggplants, fondue of Parmesan and smoked provola,) without however nothing to remove to all other pizzas (the capricious and the buffalo for example are among the best ever eaten. ) and then there are frittatines of pasta, which are simply at a next leve...

Since Pizzeria Carlo in Sammarco opened its doors, I have become a loyal customer and I can confidently say that it remains my favorite pizzeria. No matter how many times I go there, the experience is always top notch, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, friendly service and, above all, exceptional pizzas. A special mention undoubtedly goes to the Capricciosa, which is, in my opinion, the best I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. The generosity and quality of the ingredients make it unique: the fresh mushrooms, the craftsmanship of the cooked ham, the tasty olives, the crunchy artichokes and the stringy mozzarella combine in a perfect balance of flavours.
