"Absolutely shocked how bad the menu is since we last came. It’s like they’ve reduced the amount on offer hugely. My wife is vegan due to dairy and egg allergy. There was literally one option on the entire menu “pasta with tomato sauce” like a kids menu. So we left and went to Ask who had plenty of options. We used to enjoy Carluccios but if that’s the menu we won’t be back. Whoever designs the menu needs a serious word with themself. Other chain restaurants can do it. Such a suprise and such a shame"

This chain restaurant has declined in quality. The food that was once delicious is now just average and prices are too high. Anticipate spending £7-£8 for a small salad.

After watching a show at the Swan theater, it was past 10pm and I was absolutely famished! This restaurant was the only option nearby that was still open, and upon checking, they had available seating.

Early supper before theatre, so quick 2 course special with no alcohol. Pizza and pasta very nice, as were puddings. Restaurant was quiet when we ate and service was excellent. Very good value for money Speisekarte ansehen

The food at this restaurant was excellent. I tried the linguine with seafood, which was made without tomatoes, as that is not always possible. The waiter, who was on loan from the Chester branch, was very attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Very good service and food, but beware if you are a Gourmet Society member. Although on the Gourmet website Carluccio Is listed, when we arrived the staff said they do not accept it. Luckily the manager said he would allow it this once. Not sure whose fault this wrong information is due to.
