I Asked for a Black and White Ice Cream Soda, Despite Having All the Ingredients They Refused to Make an Ice Cream Soda, Because it isn't on the Menu!

The employees weren’t wearing gloves when taking out my ice cream and making the milkshake.The milkshake was runny and not tasteful because it had hard chunks in it. I will not go back there again I recommend the cold stone up the street.

I came here to take advantage of the Wednesday BOGO sundae special. It was kind of warm in the store and I felt bad for the employees. It was pretty crowded in such a super small space. But overall, I'd go back again. The ice cream was delicious.

I called ahead to inquire about their ice cream birthday cake, but the staff seemed clueless. Despite having a display of cakes in a large fridge at the entrance, they were unsure if they even sold cakes. To top it off, I was overcharged $40 for a $17 cake. This restaurant is a complete disaster. They are almost always out of ingredients and consistently mess up orders. I asked for a hamburger and ended up with a tuna sandwich. Additionally, they do not take proper Covid-19 precautions - the bag my food was delivered in was wide open. They need to invest in a stapler. The plastic cap on my drink cup had a giant hole in the top and was not sealed.

i spend $12 on a stupid vanilla ice cream cup. i ordered it at 6:45 pm....i wanted a chocolate/vanilla swirl cup with pineapple topping....i get 1/2 a cup of just swirl, no pineapple.....and best part is it arrives at 7:37....so basically, i have a $12 bowl of black/white soup!!! NOT HAPPY!!! I highly suggest anybody craving ice cream....DO NOT GET IT FROM THIS INCOMPETENT FACILITY!!!! STAFF SUCKS, ORDER SUCKS, DELIVERY TIME SUCKS!!!

I ordered ice cream for me and a co-worker through door dash. We both chose the banana foster and indicated what kind of ice cream we wanted and what topping. My co-worker asked for vanilla soft serve and I specifically wrote chocolate soft serve and put that if it was not available to call me. I received a call a little after I placed the order to be told they didn't have banana fosters (even though it is on their menu) and that they would put everything into a large cup instead. They also said they didn't have caramel which my co-worker wanted.
