"Also known as Street Grill, I ordered from this place last night on Just Eat. I called when my food was 40 minutes late, and the man who answered the phone provided disgusting customer service. He informed me that the food was still at the restaurant because no driver had come to collect it, so it was no longer good and we couldn't have it. There was no apology or offer to deliver fresh food. Additionally, he was very rude and abruptly ended the call. I have never experienced such poor service. It is not just a few teething problems they have, but consistently bad service and a horrible attitude towards customers when they are under pressure. Street food? More like street attitude!"

2nd time in a row, whilst ordering a Classic Burger meal deal via Deliveroo, there was no Burger in the bun and no BBQ Beans either.Decent quality food, totally unreliable.Won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered via Deliveroo and did not receive order. Spent 2hrs waiting for food to never arrive and unsure if I will be issued a refund. Tried calling the restaurant 3 times before going to customer service and got no reply. Voice mail was apparently for Street Grill, which is not the name of the restaurant I ordered from, but Deliveroo says that’s the phone number of Casa Del Burger.Won’t order from again. Food could be good but never received it so 1/5.

I decided to try this restaurant and ordered a double jalapeño burger and chips. The staff were all friendly and personable, especially the young lady who was very helpful. The burger was hot and juicy with flavorful fresh crunchy lettuce. It was reasonably priced and made quickly. The guy apologized for the short wait, but I didn't feel like I waited long at all. I felt like going back for another burger, even though the first one left me feeling stuffed. Thanks for the great service.
