"We stayed at dinner in this magnificent restaurant in the center of Bologna. The location is very suggestive because of the beautiful frescoes of the Carracci school, which already deserve a visit! But also the rest does not disappoint: from the quality of food, to the competence and kindness of the staff (be careful but never intrusive), to the refinement of the tablecloth and the musical background. We tried a tasting of land and I must say that all the dishes, besides beautiful to see, were excellent, with a perfect balance of flavors. Particularly worth mentioning is the swine between Emilia and Romagna: soft meat enclosed by a tasty and crispy crust. Also delicious and creative desserts. To drink we took two really good red glasses; the cellar was very well supplied. Prices of course are in line with the quality of food and experience lived. Surely it is a location that I strongly suggest to celebrate a special occasion."

"Il Ristorante Calzavecchio è stato una scoperta per me e il mio gruppo di amici, ci siamo finiti per caso. Il locale è accogliente, seppur sofisticato, i camerieri, vestiti di tutto punto, ci hanno accolti calorosamente dopo una giornata infernale tra viaggio e bus vari. E ci tengo a precisare che è un ristorante pet-friendly! Fabrizio ci ha supportato e guidato nella scelta dei piatti basandosi sui nostri gusti personali, e anche nella scelta del vino che è stata azzeccatissima. Un vino bolognese se ricordo bene, che si sposava benissimo con le fettuccine! Anche la cotoletta alla milanese ricoperta di tante bontà è stata una perla. Lo consiglierei molto volentieri, professionalità, accoglienza e cibo buonissimo!"

"Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere un pomeriggio al caldo di una stufetta elettrica al locale “Le Vie dei Briganti”. L’intenzione era quella di prendere un caffè o qualcosa di caldo e sostare per un’oretta. Abbiamo ordinato quattro caffé marocchini, una cioccolata calda, un succo, un tortino al cioccolato dal cuore caldo. I caffé erano superlativi, il tortino squisito, peccato per la panna nella cioccolata calda che mi hanno segnato mancasse dopo che avevo già ordinato. Servizio cordiale e veloce, personale attento e gentile. Consiglio a tutti coloro che si trovano nei paraggi!"

"I wanted to meet, at lunch on the Monday of the angel, the people I loved and I thought I'd do it at the restaurant carracci. I had the unfortunate idea of booking using the app fork. I got a simple reservation and we went to the restaurant. everything absolutely in line with our expectations until we were taken menus and they didn't tell us that we didn't have the opportunity to order the card, that the only choice was in their so-called traditional menu and that someone told us during the booking phase it was immediately evident that someone should have put the information on the menu, even on the app. the customer care manager has taken for granted what is not discounted. I allow myself to suggest a greater care for the future, so as to prevent the image of the restaurant from being blurred by such inconveniences."

"Food was insanely good. Probably the best laaagna I’ve ever had, house red was lovely, had burrata and Parma with the little fried bread to start. All the food came at once (super fast! together, so it was a lot at once but still so delicious. Service was pretty good, they were fairly busy. Ambiance was just ok, we had a reservation well in advance so it was a little disappointing to arrive and be told there was only room to sit inside on a beautiful evening. The food outweighed everything though, can’t believe it was all gluten free. Finished with tiramisu, also amazing but portions were extremely generous and was so full by that point!"
