"My twin brother Stephen and I had jumped the metro down to the Chamberi neighbourhood and while wandering around we chanced on this cool German pub and what a great find. This is a street corner pub with a fantastic exterior but the interior is even more cool,great decor and furnishings including beer posters and enamels adorning the walls and all the pubby bric a brac around the pub that gives it a really cozy look,all in all its just a great pub and a pub I am so glad we found. This pub offers a great beer range with beers from Spain,Germany, Belgium and the UK,they even have a great real ale on draught from the UK namely Wells Bombabier,how cool is that. We were here on a Wednesday afternoon and even though it had only just opened at 1pm the pub was already busy at 1.10pm,after a quick study of the beers on offer we both opted to have hop drop lervig,this delicious sour beer was served in tip top condition being iced and a sharp and tart taste that cut through the thirst,our beers were served with A big bowl of crisps and also a bowl of peanuts which went well with the beer and were much appreciated. Our beers were superb, as much as I enjoy the local brews such as Mahou,San Miguel and Estrella Galicia it's just so good sampling a well crafted beer and these beers were quality. We really enjoyed our beers in here and although we only stayed for the one beer before we moved on and for a first time visit we were very impressed with this great craft beer bar. Cerveceria Oldenburg is really easy to locate, we jumped the metro down to stop Bilbao were we walked down Calle De Luchana and cut onto Calle Del Cardenal Ciseros were we turned onto Calle De Hartzenbusch were you will find this pub. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, 1pm till 4pm then 7pm till Midnight. Friday to Sunday, 1pm till 4pm then 7pm till 2am. A great pub and one I highly recommend you visit if your in the area."

Cada cerveza es un mundo... Si eres amante de ella, debes probarlas todas, aunque luego salgas con la cabeza dando vueltas jajaja! Ambiente de 10, atencion de los de barra de 10.

Lugar donde tomar muy buenas cervezas de barril, se come muy bien, todo muy rico. La verdad una sorpresa en el centro de Madrid. Si vas en fin de semana, te recomiendo reservar, porque está muy concurrido y la mayoría de las veces está lleno.

Tienen una amplísima variedad de cervezas, pero lo mejor es que te recomiendan muy bien las cervezas (soy un amante de la bebida de lupulo) que te podrían gustar. Te están todo el tiempo poniendo aperitivos (en cuanto ven que se te han acabado te ponen más) y la comida está muy buena. No he comido nunca en este bar del barrio de Chamberí en Madrid. Pero su surtido de cervezas resulta impactante. El servicio es amabilísimo y campechano, aunque penaliza que no dispongan de servicio de mesa. Los precios no son económicos pero sí razonables. Con cada bebida te dan aperitivos sencillos tipo palomitas y te los rellenan cuando vuelves a pedir. L'Europe ofrece pues, una experiencia muy completa para los amantes de la cerveza.

What can I tell you, if you love Belgian and German beers come here. Belgians like St. Bernardus, Rochefort, and Abbaye de Roc for 5 Euros, which is less that I can them for in a liquor store in the U.S. While I was there, Aventinus, Schneider Weiss, Triple Karmeliet, Bombadier, Anchor IPA and others were on tap at similarly good prices. Really nice staff, limited food. Oh, but the taco place about 30 feet away has great tacos starting 1.50, I will post a review when I locate the name of it.
