"Was hoping to find a nice cheese fondue place. The food was good not great, Ive had better and the melted cheese was cold on arrival had to send back. Unfortunately we couldn’t get red wine by the glass which was my preference on a cold night. Champagne doesn’t have the same effect. There were also strict rules on ordering before 8:30pm, so before finishing our main were being asked to order if we wanted anything else, and if we did to order it immediately as the kitchen would be closing. In general, we had a nice time but there was nothing the stood out about the experience, was all just ok and cost more than £60 for 2 drinks and a shared cheese dish. I would also prefer to have service not added to the bill unless asked, this is my viewpoint on all restaurants that automatically include it. It should be discretionary based on service, not an expectation added to the bill. Not planning a return visit."

Great place, they probably need some more staff, but waitresses were lovely. Champagne was great, food even better!

Had a lovely time for my Mum’s birthday, thanks to the staff for the candle in the macaron! Great for a special occasion.

Always a great place even if it is a little pricey. Best to book as only a few tables. The cheese and meat platters are amazing and they also have very good bread

They had no record of booking but luckily there was space. I’d even emailed the day before to check (I tried to call but no reply). There was no chef in so could only have cold meats /cheese.

I love it here and the champagne is fantastic. What I would say is that sometimes the cheese doesn't always seem as fresh as it could be, and the portions on the boards are quite tiny for the cost. But the atmosphere is lovely and it's a great place to come :

For the main course, we had a champagne risotto with shrimp. The flavors were so rich and decadent, it was like a party in my mouth. Overall, the atmosphere was lovely and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves cheese and champagne. It's a must-visit for all enthusiasts!
