"It was such a pleasure to sit down and order without worrying about cross-contamination or restricted menu items. As the only coeliac in my family, I appreciated that. My daughter and I enjoyed the cheese and ham foccacia toasties, served with a side salad, while my husband and son opted for the cooked breakfast. The foccacia was wonderful—soft and flavorful—and the cooked breakfast was equally delightful. The cafe offers a nice selection of coffee, loose-leaf tea, and fresh smoothies. It's a bright, quirky space with lovely owners and great service. I also picked up a fresh cream and fruit doughnut as well as a jam doughnut to enjoy later, and they were absolutely heavenly."

Discovered this place through an app, and it's fantastic to find a bakery that is 100% gluten-free! We were just passing through Barnstaple and arrived close to closing time, so the selection was a bit limited, but what I tried was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in the area!

A true 100% gluten free gem! Delicious food, friendly staff and excellent service. Everything clearly made with love. A great place to relax and not have to worry about cross contamination and the other various pitfalls of being a coeliac! Highly recommend to non-coeliacs too. Breakfast, lunch, bread and cakes all available. Oh and doughnuts on a Friday! Go check it out!

This café is entirely gluten-free, and I was impressed by the variety of options available, including cakes, donuts, brownies, flapjacks, and much more, all of which are also vegan. The atmosphere of the café was delightful. I bought two donuts and enjoyed them so much that I ate them quickly. The jam donut was especially tasty, as gluten-free donuts are not something you come across often!

Oh, my! yep I think that about the sums this completely gluten-free and mainly vegan caffe! all the cakes are gluten-free and milk-free. use of baptism farm flour and vegan brick. charlie the owner is beautiful and was happy to chat. I uploaded the menu. I had a gluten-free foccacia roasted sandwich with vegan cheese and tomato and red planks followed by the most amazing carrot cake. we brought black forest cakes to the house to try. it was all mouthful good. we're coming back!

Here's another glowing review of this restaurant. The staff are wonderful, with Mike welcoming us each time we visited like we were his favorite customers. We enjoyed a delightful lunch, especially the toasties, and returned multiple times for the cakes. It felt reassuringly safe for our family, and the doughnuts were a fantastic bonus for the kids.
