Between friends we spent a very pleasant moment in a very beautiful Etablissement. Excellent kitchen, top room and reception of the very friendly Patronne. Les Lyonnais :

The service was excellent and the food was very good. We ordered the Decouvert menu. The first courses were excellent and the most important courses were very good. The deserts were also very good, but maybe we expected it better. The price was very good.

Beautiful and quiet place, comfortable and clean rooms (the former pigeon house, in which we stayed, is very atypical and well-appointed on 2 levels, with double bathtubs... in the entrance of the room), beautiful outdoor pools (one of which would deserve better maintenance), original meals and dishes and excellent and very nice reception. In-joi-gnables... the frame is great and the unique experience from which the stars, but it is a real experience of patience to get the event service. I called no less times, was kindly received not the reception by telling me that I was going to be reminded by the event service and I was never reminded. Several months have passed before having someone... it is really a pity, at the limit of the discouraging.

Fantastic cook. The food was perfected, really extraordinary. Beautiful dining room, spacious and airy. Terrace outside for appetizers. 370 € for set menu for 3, 3 glasses of champagne, a bottle of their most expensive wine and we passed on coffee. Definitely expensive, but food at this level is very labor-intensive and qualified. Actually, we thought the food was very good value €49 for 3 course menu, where it becomes expensive, is the wine, cheapest bottle €50. Had it loved if they had less good local house wine.

Bravo to takashi kinoshita and his brigade...I don't understand why such a chef has no stars yet...The tasting menu that we enjoyed has blown me up...I'm still accustomed to going down to some of the stars for many years. But what I ate last Saturday left me without a voice...An exceptional mastery of meat and fish cooking, an acute sense of flavors, spices and herbs. An exceptional meal...
