"we thought we would avoid the Saturday evening rush and order around 16:10, so we didn't have to wait forever until it comes. this was the first time we used 'best kebab' and will be the last. uber eats said it would be delivered 16:50-17:10... the seemed a bit overly for the £20 order (1 x kebab, 1 x burger, 1 x cheesy chips and 1 x mozerella sticks.) but it is what it is. it will be 17:10 and we will wait. it is until 17:30 and we are waiting. 17:35 And we clink, they say they have a problem with their rides, and there will be 10 minutes, no apologies, nothing. eating came around 17:45, no apologies, nothing. eating was in the average. my partner “Special” burger (bef mit donnerfleisch) had 4 pieces donner on a lukewarm but crispy burger. my kebab was also lukewarm and I had never had so chewy meat in my life. the chips that were in the box were divided into two layers, the lower half closest to the box was like a red musk (obvily at any place it was hot and simply shaped into one with the condensation) and the upper side were hard as nails and cold. Mozerella sticks needed to heat as they were fixed and the Cheesy chips were only lukewarm with a mass of cold, solid cheese up. if they can not provide a delivery grater to ensure that their warm food is delivered immediately (we live about 6 minutes away) then they do not offer any delivery. do not pack their food ready and leave it easy until someone appears to deliver it, otherwise they will their customers inedible sh!t. revolver with our usual choice of spire pizzas. can not recommend this enough, along with express kebab house, which are just around the corner of this “business”. I will never use “Best Kebab” again. do not make the same mistake."

I ordered while they were still open, they accepted my order, they said they will prepare them for 40 minutes and then canceled the order shortly before they are delivered, not waste their money here there are many places that are actually completed. her order.

We ordered a kebab on just eat. Came to £16 and when it was delivered the sauce had spilt all in the bag the salad was dry and tasted bad. And it was all cold. When I called the restaurant the guy screamed that they...don’t deliver cold food and hung up and did the same to my stepdad. We managed to get a refund through just eat but won’t be using again

If you are hungry and expecting a nice, warm meal; do not order from Best Kebab. Not only were we waiting on excess of 2 hours for a single pizza and chips to arrive, when it eventually got here it was freezing and inedible. Oh...and there is no point calling up to ask where your order is as the woman on the other end clearly detests interacting with paying customers. Would definitely not recommend.

I spent £17 on food from Best Kebab, which I initially felt was a bit pricey. However, I decided to give it a try because of the restaurant's good reputation. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold and the salad tasted like it had been sitting in its dressing for days. When I called the restaurant to complain and seek a resolution, they were uninterested in helping me. They claimed to be too busy to assist, insisted that they don't serve subpar food, and refused to provide any compensation. I was left without my meal and £17 poorer. I reached out to Just Eat for a refund, but I have yet to receive it. This experience was disappointing and a waste of money.

To say that our order for just 2 people came to £22 we expected a nice take away. We ordered our food from within the shop with specific instructions only to find once we got home they had got the order wrong. I rang then...and just got hostility over the phone with no option to resolve the problem, so the food ended up in the bin. Safe to say we won’t be going back and strongly advise staying well clear. Part of the order that was edible was dry and poor quality. Seems they rely on the people that are drunk to not care to make their money, charge a small fortune then move on to the next victim.
