"Didn’t show up to pick us up after we booked the snow cat, confirmed with chez dany where to take it and they refused to get us. Never go there. To give a more complete timeline of what unfolded, here is what happened: To even make a reservation in the first place, it took me seven attempts of calling the restaurant, during their posted business hours, before being able to speak with someone. Prior to that, either nobody answered or promptly hung up on me when I politely asked (in French) if the person on the line was able to speak English as I am not a native French speaker. While I was unsurprised at this rude response which unfortunately is commonly experienced by foreign tourists in this part of the world, I was thankful when I finally was able to reach someone that was willing to help me make my reservation. On the day of our booking, I received a phone call from the establishment confirming our attendance that evening. I took that opportunity to confirm the location of our pickup for the snowcat, which was stated multiple times to be at Carrefour. Wanting to avoid any potential issues, I doubly confirmed that pickup would happen next to the bus stop at Carrefour, and the woman speaking with me again confirmed this, stating it was just a few steps up the path from the bus stop. That evening, my group and I made the trip up from the village to Carrefour, arriving 30 minutes early given the infrequent bus sservice at that hour of the evening. We were able to leisurely walk up the path to where the snow began, as we were instructed, and patiently waited for the driver to arrive. After nobody showed up, I called the restaurant 5 minutes after our reservation time. The woman on the phone indignantly told me that we were late and the driver left without us. When I corrected her, she changed her story and said that the driver was there but we were at the wrong place. It then became obvious that she was not going to be helpful, and it was only with more pushing that she finally told me that the snow cat was waiting for us at the Mayentzet lfit. This location was several hundred meters below us on a rocky, muddy slope, and was not accessible. She continued to refuse to assist us, and was clearly defensive when questioned about why she had lied about the driver 's whereabouts. In the end, being unable to walk downhill the slippery, rocky ground, we had to find a way back into town. Obviously, a hugely disappointing experience that wasted hours of our time."

Unser Tisch für 10 Personen zum Abendessen wurde 30 Minuten bevor wir abreisen sollten storniert, weil sie "eine große Gruppenbuchung" hatten. Schockierender Kundenservice.

Good food and nice atmosphere. However make sure you book for 8 or 10 if you’re 6… had not been squashed like that at a restaurant table for a very very long time… They are obviously trying to maximise the number of clients in the restaurant!

Ich mochte diesen Ort wirklich. Er wurde mir von einem Einheimischen empfohlen und ich beschloss, ihn auf dem Weg vom Skifahren aus zu überprüfen. Tolles Essen! Unglaubliche Aussicht! Und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich werde vor meiner Abreise aus Verbier zurückkehren.

Ein perfekter Ort, um an einem Skitag zu Mittag zu essen. Allerdings könnte es für einen Skianfänger etwas zu schwierig sein, mit Skiern dorthin zu gelangen (da die Piste, die dorthin führt, gesperrt war). Es verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse, von der aus Sie einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge haben. Das Essen war gut und der Service gut.

Wir gingen dort zum Mittagessen. Mit den Skiern runtergefahren. Wir hatten für 2,30 Uhr gebucht, kamen um 14,15 Uhr dort an und nach einer kurzen Wartezeit setzten sie uns hin. Bestellte unser Essen und unsere Getränke um 2.25 Uhr. Bier und Magnum Rose (wir waren 8, es war unser letzter Tag und wir gingen groß) kamen bald an. Dann warteten wir und warteten und warteten. Der Wein war ausgetrunken und um 3.45 Uhr gab es immer noch kein Essen. Ich denke, 1 Stunde und 15 Minuten ist eine lange Wartezeit auf ein Ski-Mittagessen.
