"We were driving back to our hotel and found this restaurant on TripAdvisor. If not for its directions, we wouldn’t have realized that the building had a restaurant. As it was, we drove past it and had to pull a u-turn, then drove through a very narrow opening to find a parking lot. The entrance was through the front. We arrived at 7 pm. TripAdvisor showed its hours starting at 6 pm. We were told that we could have our first course right away, but not the meat course until 7:30. We were never given a menu. The waiter just recited what was available, so we had no idea of the pricing for each item. I ordered the gnocchi in duck sauce and hubby ordered the tagliatelle in meat sauce. My gnocchi were just ok for a restaurant. They were slightly on the hard side, indicating the addition of too much flour to the potato base. The meat sauce could have been made with any meat. The duck flavor didn’t come out. Hubby said his pasta was very good. He ordered ribs for himself as the second course. They were brought out for his inspection before being put on the fire. They were small and well-cooked. We had no room for dessert. Hubby ordered a coffee and I asked for green tea, but they only have black tea. Since I always carry green tea bags with me, we asked for a mug of hot water. We ended up being charged 1.50 Euros for the hot water. The entire bill came to 53 Euros as shown. All in all, a bit expensive for the quality of the food. By the way, other people were given menus."

"The other evening was the third time I ate here. Twice before for lunch. While the lunches had been of good quality and a wide variety of plates available, I did not have that impression a few nights ago. The menu is not in written form, but was read to us. Common practice in a lot of restaurants around here. No problem! However, my husband and I arrived before our friends did. There was one other table close to us where 6 guests were seated. We were listening to the menu being read to them in order to already get an idea of what to order. About 15 minutes later, our friends had arrived and it was our turn to order. A lot less options than the other table. I guess they ran out of food already at 8 pm. I ordered ricotta and artichokes as an appetizer which was very nice. Also the pork was good. My husband had the 'guanciale ' which was very tasty but nothing that would make us want to come back to this place. Altogether there was a total of 4 main dishes to choose from. Tripe, baccala ', pork roast and the beef 'guanciale '. I would have liked to have had lamb chops that I had eaten there before, but they weren 't available. Also no steaks! The fairly big restaurant was hardly heated. We sat next to the fireplace and still were cold. Only 3 tables occupied on a Sat night; maybe also an indication that price/ value is not the best. (At the 2 lunches I mentioned before, my friend and I were the only customers). I was also taken aback a bit by the fact, that the young waitress who served us prosecco at first, waited for us to finish the white wine and then poured red wine into the same glasses. Not up to standard for a place where you pay roughly 40 Euro pp. There are plenty of places in this area where one gets much better service for that kind of money."

"Locale semplice e pulito titolare simpaticissima e cordiale. Abbiamo preso diversi piatti per assaggiare un po' di tutto : ravioli di gamberi con all'interno il gambero intero quindi molto gustoso e delicato , ravioli al vapore e ravioli alla griglia con tieni alla carne diversi , rane fritte era da tanto che non le mangiavo...avvolte da una pastella morbida, carnose e piatto abbondante , capesante con verdure alla piastra piatto particolare e delicato , spaghetti misto mare piatto abbondante, ricco di pesce davvero ottimo , pesce misto alla griglia piatto da consigliare, buono e con diverse qualità di pesce , gelato fritto super e frutta fritta ananas mele e banane molto buone ... Che dire mangiato davvero bene, prezzo onesto e... Vino bianco superlativo sauvignon ... Ci torneremo sicuramente è stata una bella scoperta. Dimenticavo, fanno a nche pizze e menù italiano per i più scettici..."

"very good meat and cooked perfectly. the service a little poor and chaotic. prices a little high. given the answer to my review I will explain what I mean by a poor and chaotic service. we sat at the table and before 20 minutes they didn't ask us anything, but fine, there were people, so for the wait it's okay. the waiter comes and asks us what we want to drink, we order only natural water. comes sparkling water and the waiter who asks whether we had also ordered wine or not, because he did not remember it. well so and we keep the sparkling water. a second person comes to ask what we want to eat and ask again what we want to drink. Perhaps the division of tasks is not optimal. and only to be precise we noticed after paying at home that we had been charged also the wine we did not order or drink. prices are written on the list, I just said they're a little tall. I ate the meat so well at slightly lower prices, that's all."
