"Service initially slow. Food when it came out was lovely but the evening was completely spoilt when the waitress knocked a full glass of lager over my partner when placing the plates causing him to be completely covered as well as his phone and everything on the table. The food was brought out before the plates so was sat there whilst we cleaned up the mess...the waitress ran off without apologising or offering to clean up. The main lady tried to blame us at first but was told what had actually happened. She offered free drinks as compensation but eventually agreed to take our meals and drinks off the bill. She admitted staff were inexperienced (the waitress didn't even know what each dish she was bringing out was). A family birthday meal spoilt by staff so we won't return which is a shame because the food was tasty. If the waitress that caused the issue had apologised, acknowledged her mistake and helped to clean up this review might have been more favourable."

"The crispy prawn starters were pleasant; they didn't seem homemade, but they were tasty. The olives and bread came with a dipping oil that didn’t actually taste like olive oil—it was just a generic oil. Typically, such a dish would include balsamic or flavored oil, but this one tasted like sunflower oil. As for the main courses, the fish and chips were the best option. I chose the pan-fried sea bass served on a bed of baked baby potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. While the sea bass was nicely cooked, I would have preferred a little crispiness to the skin, but that’s just my personal taste. The mint salsa that accompanied it had large chunks of cold pepper, which didn’t enhance the dish. Also, what were labeled as “baked baby potatoes” were actually quartered potatoes. Some were served hot, while others were cold. I inquired if the potatoes were made in advance and reheated, and I was told they were "cooked fresh" for me. You can make your own judgment on whether they appeared freshly cooked; when I mentioned the temperature inconsistency, I was informed they might have been sitting under a heat lamp. There was no apology or alternative offered. If the potatoes had indeed been reheated, I would have understood; it's surprising they were labeled as freshly baked given the timing. My husband ordered a sirloin steak, which was mediocre—nothing special. Our child had a pizza from the kids' menu that was acceptable in size but just a cheap offering with minimal toppings. The kids shared a brownie, which they said was just okay. On the bright side, the decor is nice, particularly in the summer, but I wouldn’t return for the food. The staff were friendly, especially the young man who served us most of the evening, and drink orders were taken relatively quickly. As a frequent Google reviewer, I don't take leaving reviews like this lightly, but I always strive to be honest. If you’re a vendor at the fairground, this place might be convenient in relation to the showground, but you should expect nothing more than mediocre food. "the first time to visit here, never saw it before, but found it on google maps. the interieur is beautiful with a classic and eclectic mix of retro furniture, very cozy and relaxing atmosphere with a lot of beautiful natural light from the large windows. the personal was so friendly and accommodating so that our drink was just as we liked them. the menu was quite limited in terms of hearty snacks/lunch elements, but what it seems to be very high quality. there was a good selection of hot drinks and some delicious fresh cakes and bakers on the display. we tried two different cakes and both tasted amazing. I don't know how we didn't know anything about this place before, but we'll definitely return!"

"My wife and I have been regular customers at Pastability, ever since we moved to Newark in 2017. The food is excellent, whether for a full scale three course lunch (love their lasagnes , and the service is extremely good, whether eating in doors or outdoors. the staff are some of the most friendly we 've encountered, and since my lady and I are both disabled, we 've certainly experienced the opposite. Not only are the staff (and even the manager , extremely friendly and welcoming, but also they build up a great rapport with us and other customers over the years, indeed, Pastability can definitely be described as: the place where everybody knows your name. We 've bought visiting friends, family and even the dreaded in-laws to Pastability for meals, and none have gone away disappointed. So, whether you want to drop in for a quick gelato, (have to recommend the Ferrero Rocher , or sit down for a long weekend lunch, if you 're in Newark, Pastability is definitely a place worth going! My only regret, is that they aren 't larger (would love to see what they could do with an evening menu ."

"First time having a takeaway from Usta Grill. Overall not bad but points that could be improved on. Ordered on just eat and their page was pretty simple and self explanatory. Food arrived 25 mins early which is obviously a massive bonus.... Unless you're busy...and they catch you by surprise but hay all fun and game ay. Delivery person was extremely polite and nice instead of the usual shoving food in you face and walking off as some other places local to here. Food itself was served in typical takeaway plastic containers and which unfortunately leaked into the bag and made it soggy. The prawns in garlic tasted nice but unfortunately they were just cheap frozen prawns. The calamari was extremely good but presume just frozen rings. I had the chicken gyro with salad and chips....overall very nice taste but because of the containers enged up soggy which spoil the chips and made them into a mush. My partner had the lamb shish wrap which came as well as could be presented for a take away, not soggy and very tasty We was pleased with the taste of the food and would order again but like I said previously things could be improved"
