"I and my partner chose this ristotle to experience a different culinary experience from the usual and so it was. I had already had positive feedback from some friends but I wanted to test in person. here you go to swallow, cheer the palate, savor, use the gotive papillas and not to simply fill the stomach, otherwise better choose other destinations. we chose a 7 course degotation accompanied by some wines well selected by a good sommelier. extraordinary service, fast to the right point and rich in attention. elegant dishes, refined but at the same time natural, rich in flavors, elaborated with very refined raw materials. prices are right for what you choose to give yourself. we have given us an unforgettable experience that we will definitely make, so I congratulate the chef for the art and passion transmitted and the lady nuccia who has been able to give a welcome worthy of the place."

"Ottima location per pranzi o cene matrimoniali. D'estate si può mangiare all'aperto in uno spazioso e verdissimo giardino. Antipasti ricchissimi a base di pesce e di carne. Deliziosi gli scampi e i gamberoni alla griglia o fritti, da mangiare caldi appena tolti dal fuoco! Molto buoni anche i primi, raviolini di ricotta con fresco sugo al basilico e gnocchetti con un ragù in bianco di cinta senese, e il secondo, una delicata arista di cinta con contorno di patate tagliate sottilissime e cotte al forno. Grande scelta di dolci e frutta, serviti in un più intimo giardino interno. La villa è un'ex residenza gentilizia in stile Liberty, con preziosi affreschi ai soffitti e una ricca collezione di quadri e ceramiche e altre installazioni d'arte moderna. Ci sono opere di artisti locali, ad alcuni dei quali mi lega una vicinanza personale come due compianti pittori teramani. Consiglio di visitarla, sia se avete in programma un matrimonio, sia solo per amore dell'Arte."

"Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante seguendo i consigli degli altri utenti di Tripadvisor ed….abbiamo fatto davvero bene. Per iniziare citerei l’Oste. Davvero una bella persona, simpatica, affabile e che sa fare bene il suo mestiere (ci siamo sentiti a casa). Piatti davvero buoni. Spaghetti alla chitarra con tartufo, fenomenali. Arrosticini da 10 e lode. Anche il dolce della casa era davvero spettacolare. Conto onesto. Il locale è facilmente raggiungibile e con tanto parcheggio esterno. Se volete mangiare bene ed in un ambiente familiare, provatelo. Non ve ne pentirete."

"we've owned an apartment in Roseto north for over ten years but this was our first visit to La Braceria da Ciambi The first course was on the house and was fabulous, the second course of fillet of beef and lamb did excel. we also had pudding of creme brûlée, and tiramisu, Apple tart which exceeded our expectations, the owners Rachel and Walter were extremely good hosts we will certainly go back and will encourage our friends and family to do the same xx"
