We stopped for lunch at this cafe for the first time in December 2022, loved the vibe, the staff and the food especially! It has a great Italian atmosphere and the staff are so friendly, will definitely go again when we are in Loughborough.

Must Of Got The Manager On A Bad Day But He Was Really Rude To Me In Front Of Staff And Other Customers. I left feeling really shaken up. he's clearly got a short fuse. I've never been back plenty of lovely cafes in Loughborough so not bothered.

I absolutely adore the ambiance of this place and the staff are exceptional, assisting in securing a table and promptly taking orders. The food was delicious, especially the hot chocolate. The only downside was the lack of cleanliness of the plates and cutlery, but I understand that it was a bustling weekend morning.

I stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday morning, and was disappointed by the outdated decor that made the restaurant look unclean. The noise level from the music and staff was unpleasant. If I hadn't already ordered food, I would have gone somewhere else. I witnessed one of the young waiters standing near the trash bin, blowing his nose and not washing his hands afterward. Overall, the breakfast experience was subpar.

I ordered a cheese and onion panini, and thats literally all i got. Actually, it was more like a ciabatta than a panini, it was pretty small, and didn't come with any side salad or crisps or anything. it looked so sad. Also, there were people smoking near me in the garden, which i thought shouldn't be allowed because its an eating area, but when i asked the staff they were quite defensive and abrupt. all in all wont be going here again.

I have been visiting this restaurant for years to have coffee with friends, but this morning I brought my daughter and grandson along. The staff went above and beyond to make my grandson feel special, even the younger staff members participated, which is not common these days. They are excellent with children. The drinks and food were delicious, and the tables were cleaned regularly. The staff were extremely friendly. It's no wonder they have many regular customers, their service speaks for itself.

Visited this cafe with my son who has food allergies. The staff went above and beyond to check their ingredients and even their food sources to guarantee it was safe for my son. This made our experience so much more enjoyable as unfortunately this sort of customer service is rare. We ordered a sausage sandwich and poached egss on toast, which arrived promptly, were generously portioned and piping hot. The coffee was good and the atmosphere very friendly and happy. The menu is very reasonably priced and the staff very polite and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

I felt totally humiliated by the manager on my visit. When I went up to pay he told me that they don't take card payments for less than a fiver. I didn't realise that was a thing anymore. He certainly came across as being angry with me when he said he'd make an exception and took the payment. While I was paying with my card, he started to scold me for coming in and occupying a table for 6 with only 3 and for only ordering 2 coffees on a Saturday during his busiest time. On my arrival at Cinos I wasn't asked what I was intending to order and I certainly didn't choose the table, I was shown to it by one of his staff members. Lunchtime visit after reading very good reviews. Sunny day and was busy but not without a table or two to chose from. The first thing I noticed was the dull, just rinsed teapot which would have looked better had it come out of a hot dishwasher.We turned the saucers over and one was chipped and one was not washed at all with I suspect dunked ginger biscuit over quite a bit of it. All teacups and saucers felt gritty as you would get from a dishwasher that lacks salt/ rinse aid.Service was cheerful, generous (offering more, extra, with no charge) and prices here are everyday affordable but handing back the dirty crockery as we received it, clean ones were brought but no appology at all, just a...
