For me one of the best restaurants in Turin, the steam cooking makes all their dishes super digestible and really very light! I was very impressed by a typical Indonesian dish, Brengkes Jawa, made up of steamed fish inside a banana leaf. Truly exceptional! Bonus point: part of the menu is entirely vegetarian/vegan!
