After a few hours of drive, we were very happy to spend a quiet time outdoors to taste the fresh and very good burger (fresh product so rare nowadays) very affordable prices. fast service.I recommend without hesitation.

Stumbled across this place whilst pottering through Troyes one day and then booked for dinner one warm and sunny evening. We sat by the water and tried all their starters, both types of burger and all the desserts.....we love our food and this place doesn't disappoint in every respect. A limited menu but all done really well, obviously well thought out and attention to detail. The starters were very tasty, burgers were ace, the buns on a different level and the desserts to die for.....try them all!Friendly and helpful staff too. we booked a table for four people upstairs, top location and nice decor. professional and friendly reception. restricted card, made of excellent products meticulously chosen, fresh and well executed. creative and delicious, seasoned watermelon at the top, fresh, and fig and burrata salad, excellent. burger very good, preferably bleeding. homemade dessert like the rest, topissime lemon mousse and pana peached and divine crumble. selection of beautiful fruit juice, well-dried rosé wine and fresh.! excellent concept, dynamic team. special mention for home-made buns to fall. We'll be back.

It was during a stay in troyes in love that we were struck by an attractive smell on the edge of the dock. we went back and discovered this bus, out of nowhere, which had been transformed into a restaurant. And it is without hesitation a second that we booked for the evening (reservation highly recommended due to success). No regret!!! reception and super friendly service, and what to say from the capucine burger of the week! a delight, idem for desserts, all of course prepared only with fresh products.Long life at this establishment. This is when you wish for an extension in a lorraine ;-)Court it, don't hesitate for a second!!!

we just came back from an improvised dinner, we tried the clear bus and hugo unfortunately the bus was full, so we had a reservation outside. but what a surprise!!!! furnished terrace cosi ambient music parasol the whole offers you a super pleasant climate. The welcome is warm a lady simply explains and clearly the concept but above all explains very well the choice of clear and hugo to provide yourself to the local producers and to make everything home!!!You will love to eat! two extra fresh tasty entries with aromas that envy you taste buds! gastronomic hamburgers that are to make rougir the most popular restaurants of the troyan gastronomy.
