"Disappointing Experience at Clichy's Tavern I recently visited Clichy's Tavern with a party of six, hoping to enjoy some coffees and drinks during a break from walking around. Unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. One of our party members did not want a drink, which seemed to baffle our server. The server then returned with a manager, who informed us that we all had to order a drink or food to keep our table. This policy struck us as unreasonable, especially given that the place was not busy and there were plenty of empty tables available. We were simply looking for a place to relax and refresh, but instead, we felt pressured and unwelcome. Feeling disappointed and frustrated, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and we certainly won’t be returning. If you’re looking for a hospitable and accommodating cafe, I recommend finding another spot."

Called in as it was convenient next to exit of the Metro after a long day sightseeing in the city. Friendly staff with tasty food and drinks at a competitive price

We stopped here on a late evening. They over so many different beers, from different countries. Also had some food, a burger and the croque madame. The food was tasty, good quality meat for the burger. Friendly and quick service. It's a nice place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing
