Excellent lunchtime deal 2 courses for £16. The food was tasty good sized portions. Staff efficient friendly. Comfortable ambience.

Lovely pub near Woodbridge and Sutton Hoo.Very slow service and a long wait between starter and main course. Food nice.would return but not on a Saturday.

We all found the food, service and staff excellent. Very accommodating of the children. The food was very tasty we had 6 different meals in our group of 8. Two children 3 senior citizens and 3 Adults.

Fantastic venue. The decor is good and the menu is great. Excellent choice of dishes with a specials board as well. Staff are very hard working polite and serve with a smile. Amazing prices good quality food.

Nothing but good to say about this pub. We were earlier than our booking but not a problem. Very welcoming, friendly, helpful with a good selection of food and drinks. Meal was excellent, nothing fussy, just a good pub menu. Absolutely loved our evening and wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Have been here many times , but the quality of the food has been poor the last couple of times. My wife and I ordered roast beef for lunch , and the potatoes and Yorkshire pudding were obviously pre prepared and were like warm at best. Staff were good but the food and value for money let the pub down.

I had not been here for a year or so based on my very average food experiences in the past so I thought it was time to try it again. Mistake! Nothing has improved, just the prices have gone up. All the food is average quality at best, desserts pricey and, honestly, barely average. There are lots of other places to eat in Woodbridge and Melton and i would definiteley advise try those first.
