Coffee#1 - Speisekarte

Simply the best black filter coffee I have ever had.. no more needs to be said.. (however 100 characters is required so I will say more)

This is a busy cafe at peak times, very busy and a free table is hard to find. I cannot understand how the managemnt can accept only one toilet for customers. I wonder if it coplies with food and health regulations? I don't fault...

As regulars we enjoy their coffee and there is always a good atmosphere. We visited today and just one table available so we felt lucky! However the table was by the Aircon which was blowing freezing air. We mentioned to the staff and was told...

Popped for coffee and cake. Both nice but, it was soooo cold in there. Air con was on full blast bowing cold air and the door was wide open. It was cloudy and 13 degrees outside. A total waste of energy and spoiled our visit. Gulped the coffee down and left asap

My partner and I cannot resist a Coffee #1 Fair Trade, Eco Friendly and with a good range of cakes, biscuits and snacks. Unfortunately on our second visit here they did not have any of my favourite Belgium chocolate cake But saying that, I cannot deny them 5 Stars for the cappuccinos and Berry and Hibiscus tea! Coffee#1 Wells is a comforting and efficient coffee shop, among the many others in Wells. You can usually always find a seat, whilst admiring the recently redecorated interior. The staff are always upbeat and friendly, and I really appreciate the little details like the peg board on the counter with a funny weekly quote!

We came here for refreshment during our shopping trip to Wells. My companion ordered a flat white, and I plumped for a mug of black coffee. Wow, talk about refreshing it was like a shot in the arm! Totally revitalising and a gorgeous taste. It was the best coffee I've had in years and years! Love it, love it. The cafe itself is spacious and well designed with nice clean decor, and the toilets are pristine. Highly recommended!!

A lovely cafe that is perfectly situated for something tasty to eat drink after you have had a leisurely look around the delightful City of Wells, or a visit to the stunning Cathedral that is steeped in English history. This café sell a wide range of hot cold beverages that include various hot cold coffee varieties, hot chocolate, tea, milkshakes smoothies, plus breakfasts, toasted sandwiches, panini's, danish pastries, biscuits plus some delicious looking cake slices, I visited on a very busy Saturday lunchtime ordered a large strong cappuccino with a cookies cream slice from the friendly very polite server, I then waited further along the counter to receive my cake after my drink was fresh...
