The food was great and we're all used to vietnamese restaurants. Nice service. We were celebrating our birthdays, my grand-daughter (just turned 11) and myself (I'm not telling my age!). Everybody was happy with their dishes.

Very disappointing quality. Home ravioli in the entrance: a lot of paste and very little stuffing.Nems too fried and with, always, little stuffing. presentation of the disappointing beef salad. Extremely dry caramel spot, tasteless. fine and dried accompaniment noodles, making us seriously doubt the freshness of the products served. very salty addition for a mediocre meal. I had the opportunity to live in the 13th and so to eat in many Chinese restaurants. But this Vietnamese restaurant has really earned the impression to compare to what I've known. Although it is a little more expensive than the restaurant of the 13th (the loc lake is 16th), but what a treat. The quality is well superior. perfectly cooked meat, seasoned rice as needed, I do not regret this detour me which usually leads me to choisy. The nems in entries are astonishing good and the wine very correct. The service is pleasant and efficient. The setting is simple but classy.Perfect to make discover the true Vietnamese gastronomy for friends, parents or spouses.

My girlfriend and I are visiting from London. We came here for a quick lunch before walking to the Eiffel Tower. We were taken care of well by the waitress, and the food was excellent! The set lunch menu was very tasty and reasonably priced. I feel that some of the reviews have not experienced authentic Vietnamese food before, as I felt it was very authentic. I was surprised by the delicious coconut rice pudding dessert, as I'm not usually a sweet tooth. It was gently sweet with a lovely toasted rice flavour! The only improvement I would suggest, is to have some light music playing in the restaurant. It was completely silent, which was peaceful, but some gentle music would have been lovely.

My wife and I happened upon Côte Asie while out walking in the 7th arrondiesement after dinner. We decided to try the restaurant the following night, and asked for the table for two near the window. (There are also tables in back.)We each started with different soups (both based on shrimps), and they were bursting with flavor. For our main dishes, my wife ordered skewers of beef, which had been marinated and sprinkled with herbs and chopped peanuts, accompanied by large lettuce leaves (for wrapping), various fresh herbs, and thin rice noodles.My dish was a chicken in red curry, which was served in a bowl with a broth that subtly combined both coconut and curry flavors.
