"Visited for the first time here yesterday and was immediately impressed with the excellent customer service . We turned up 10 mins before opening, as a large group of 9 kids and 7 adults without booking and was so impressed that they opened the doors early for us as it was so cold waiting outside (without us asking) All the kids loved the big choice of reasonably priced waffles, crepes and flavoured ice creams . Have been to Creams several times too but Twists is definately on par food and staff wise , if not better . Will definately be returning soon to Twists ...Thanku "

Came here with the family after a meal in Romford, desserts were top notch, plenty of fillings in the crepes, waffles were spot on, children were all happy with their ice creams..... we will be back. In fact we would travel to Romford just to come here!!! Customer service 100% cheers guys!

great place in romford. all gelato and sorbets are in business and they can taste the difference. all desserts to order freshly made. friendly staff. was my friends birthday, so she could have a candle in her dessert and all the spatialities sang happy birthday. there is a large menu they can get their way through and they are now doing what a great idea! highly recommended! xx
