The waffles would be five stars however go there starving and be prepared the feel a little sick they are very sickly.

Twice we've been here and both times the staff seem genuinely happy. Maybe working with sugar has that effect. The desserts are lovely, my favourites are the waffles and gelato. Comfy seating, nice decor but needs a but of music or something in the background.

Sticky tables, flakey decor. Ordered a Nutella waffle and ice cream. Somehow the servers managed to mix the two up, then expected my partner to eat ice cream with a fork, out of two individual cups, all a bit strange. As she started eating there were hairs all in her ice cream she stopped at that point. My waffle was very average and cold. Wouldn’t go here again. Speisekarte ansehen

The waffle was satisfactory, but the ice cream served with it was unpleasant. It tasted like chemicals and was served in a white cup that seemed to come from a machine behind the register, not the refrigerator. The service was disappointing, as the new staff was unwelcoming and disrespectful. Despite the mediocre dessert, I have no intention of returning to this restaurant.

I always come to this restaurant to get milkshakes for my work team, so I always place a large order. Every time I visit, I enjoy having a chat with the staff. The service is very fast and friendly, and they always go above and beyond - they even offered to help me take the milkshakes across the road! The customer service is excellent and the products are lovely. I highly recommend this place!

Went to visit Creamery Twist Icecream several days ago with a friend and had an amazing sundae! Really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly, nice open seating space, nice air conditioning and nice updated music playing in the back ground! A deffo must to go back there with family and friends, especially a great treat for children! You must come here great value! Ordered on ubereats, sent the wrong food after waiting almost an hour for something that was supposed to take 20 minutes. Called to say order was wrong staff were extremely rude with attitude issues and said they can’t do anything if the order was wrong apart from offer 2 scoops of ice cream on next delivery. They said they can’t send out what they missed we have to get a refund from uber eats, morons. Strawberries were gone off and staff were so rude. Getting a full refund from uber, £22 for some dessert and they can’t even get the order right. Don’t ever order from these morons, worst experience ever.

Service here is so slow and unorganised I’m unable to understand how this place even survives. Orders come out at complete random. All of our orders were takeaway but by the end we had all sat in and finished except the one order we were waiting for. In the end, after asking several times we had to demand the food or the money back. Unfortunately this place seems to be prioritising app orders resulting in the people inside being totally left behind. This combined with the low staff skill leaves a lot to be desired. The hygiene also needs improvement. Avoid avoid avoid!!! I forgot to take a picture but imagine a steaming heap of chocolate ice cream and you’ll get the picture.

I was thrilled to discover a gelato shop nearby, and after reading the website, I was even more excited. The website claimed that the gelato and sorbet were dairy and gluten-free, as well as low-fat, and that you would receive a free waffle cone. Unfortunately, I found out that the gelato was not dairy or gluten-free when I double-checked with the salesman. I was able to warn my friends who are intolerant before they got sick. To make matters worse, I was charged for a cone to go with my scoop of gelato, even though the price board stated that the cone was free.
