This is the worst food I have ever had the misfortune of buying. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. The management needs to address this issue. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

We stopped for a late lunch after exploring Stroud. My husband ordered a Lounge Flatbread and I had a Mexican Super Bowl. The food was delicious and satisfying. The service was decent, but the staff could have been more attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, we were seated near the door and felt a blast of cold air every time someone entered or exited. The restaurant was busy, so we couldn't move to a different table. The lack of Christmas atmosphere in early December was also disappointing. Despite these issues, we would consider giving this restaurant another try if we find ourselves back in Stroud.

First of all entering the restaurant, you had to push the door with force which would be a struggle for someone in a wheelchair. When greeted upon entry, the staff didn’t welcome you in with happiness and was like miserable. The atmosphere was dull with no music like the other lounges I’ve been too. When our food arrived we asked for some ketchup and they gave us it in a plastic tomato which looked like it had been there for years. Whilst eating our food, two of the staff were stood staring at us and walking past continuously staring. The food was sub par and been left to lose heat for some minutes.
