"We sat downstairs and the area was very messy and there was hardly any space to get from the table to the counters. The service was quite muddled with drinks being forgotten from Buillion even though it was mentioned when the first part of the order was brought over communication was bad/non existant. Food from Fin Bone was ordered in succession at the counter but arrived 20 minutes apart and the second plate had luke warm over crispy chips which had most likely been sat under the warmer whilst the burger cooked. Pho was lacking and expensive. Sorry i have not had good experiences with the quality of food or service in the past either as things seem very confused and incoherent and the food is never hot when it arrives. I wouldn't recommend it and feel like maybe it just serves a purpose for people with children as it has areas for them to play but actually for quality of food and service i would recommend going elsewhere."

This restaurant was the perfect spot to celebrate my son's 16th birthday. They had a fantastic selection of delicious food that catered to everyone's tastes.

Didn't like the reserved seating system, we ended up moving twice as each time we moved to a new table the staff put a resvered sign on the table and told us we had to move. Really ruined the occasion!!

I booked on line and was given a different table. None of us of different ages could read the menu due to what it was written on. The lighting was poor. We were sat next to a window. It was uncomfortable. We did not enjoy it at all Speisekarte ansehen

This restaurant is a fantastic place to dine with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. The upstairs bars offer the best selection of canned and craft ales. The atmosphere is excellent, even with the presence of the Coronavirus. I have visited many times and will continue to do so in the future!

3 of us went to The Cutlery Works for a 50th lunchtime celebration. It was half term and really busy. Even though two of us ordered the same meal from the same outlet, they arrived separately several minutes apart. By the time my food arrived one of my friends had finished her meal!! We were able to book thank goodness. There was a shortage of menus on the table. The atmosphere was good and the £5 lunch deals are great value!
