eat very good and typical Roman, the first were really exceptional! There was a mistake in the account... I don’t know if it happened by mistake or not, but they corrected it by correcting it after you noticed it!

A first class restaurant. For 10 persons, the full menu with starter, first, second, dessert and drinks was served fast and without a single chance for us to complain. It may be more expensive than average in Rome, but it is worth it. Carbonara is a must try.

Second dishes are good and tasty, but pastas are not so special, not the fresh ones. It tastes like the normal pasta from supermarket with tomato sauce. There is no vino di casa (most of restaurants have in Italy), you should choose from the wine list. Waiters are very professional and good.

trattoria located in the historic district of the head where the popular soul of roma is located. we had lunch with my son and I on the tables outside in a day not only and we were fine. we met the owner who recommended us and, of course we ordered a cacio and a pepper and a carbonara, baked potatoes, a judea artichoke and an oven cream. Artichoke was to die for. Eat it with some lemon and thank me later. Amatriciana was a disappointment. The sauce was on point but the guanciale was almost melted in the sauce : i also overheard one of the waiters being a bit rude to some spanish customers which made me uncomfortable.
