"Based on the good reviews online we tried Da Silvio, walking out of our way to visit the restaurant. While it is relatively cheap, I probably wouldn't dine here unless you are on a budget. The pizza was good, but the grilled fish was dry and lacking flavour. The complimentary bread was fairly terrible, wine nothing special and the whole place felt like it needed a good clean. Good if your on a budget or just having the pizza, but if your expecting quality or great service I would suggest you try elsewhere."

This restaurant looked really cute so we decided to give it a try. The waiters were not Italian and the food was not so good. The only thing that we ate that was good was the calamari. Even the wine recommendation we got from the waiter was bad. I would not go there again

The food here is great. I had the filet steak medium rare and it's really good. The staff is very attentive and nice. The owner of the restaurant is a nice guy. The dessert is good here to. My boyfriend had the penne pasta dish with hot sauce its very tasty. The wine selection here is paired well with the meal.

I came to lunch while I explored Dorsoduro. It was a hot day so nice to sit on the terrace that was full of stories of people who clearly enjoy the food and the atmosphere. The pizza was okay and the portions were pretty big. When ordering salad, check that it does not come with non-listed ingredients. My green salad has a part of tuna.
