Unfriendly staff and no taste of spaghetti A wicked place where a small 200ml bottle of cola costs 4.5 euros. Coke was expensive so I ordered just one, but the staff came and asked if I wanted to order another. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Enjoyed stopping in here for a glass of Prosecco and a ciccheti! We had a window/door table that was nice for people watching with a cool shaded breeze. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. One of the waiters is seriously unhinged and needs to change careers as customer service is not his strong point. Aggressive, rude and scary. Threw menus at my friends and family and said to a few of us girls “I am sick of you folk and slammed the door on us. And swore at us numerous times. The restaurant Da Tanduo is located directly on one of the canals in Murano. However, the outdoor tables are only reserved for those guests who are also eating. The food is mediocre and they actually have cicchetti. seen better times. Spaghetti vongole and caprese were good, but not special. Prices are ok. Service is like the waiters in a Viennese coffee house. If you've known them for a while, they're pretty nice anyway. The first time they do something they find very strange. If I could give this 0 stars I would the waiter was so rude threw the menus down and then didn’t come out to take the order for ages so we decided to leave as he was so rude to my friend inside he then chased us down the street screaming and shouting demanding money for using the toilet! He Seriously needs to consider a career change as customer service clearly isn’t for him! And very racist against English people stay away and be aware for you own safety EDITED; the reply from the restaurant is absolute nonsense the waiter was homophobic and he was the one who was rude and aggressive. We left for our own safety
