Dal Pagano - Speisekarte

Love this friendly, family run restaurant. We have been several times, always had lovely food, great choice from the menu but will also oblige if something different is required. Lovely fresh fish, homemade pizza and pasta together with a beautiful view. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

we stayed in the family at lunch, we had the opportunity to get delicious dishes, high-level products. the chef and his staff are very careful to explain to you well what you are eating to improve even more the products used. great also to recommend wine and deserts. to return as soon as possible!

We stayed at the B&B and had two breakfasts and two dinners at Trattoria Dal Pagano. The breakfasts were great with many including meat and eggs, fruit and pastries. Very nice. We had a big meal one night with antipasto, then pasta dishes and meats and dessert and too much vino. It was great. The second night we had a focaccio pizza which suited us very well. Taken by family to this as a local favourite and we can see why they did. To start, the views are stunning looking across the rolling hills over Casoli. Menu offers a good selection and I can highly rate the Antipasti appetiser along with the Mixed Grill for lunch. Both courses offered a great selection of different foods to try and all worth it. Wine as ever was great and the staff all very friendly indeed.

I was in this place thanks to a smartbox emotion, for a series of cold and hot appetizers x2. What to say, pleasantly surprised by the rich and delicious dish made of excellent and delicious products of the territory, curious also from the rich menu I finished taking also a first and a second, very good both. competent and friendly chef/owner, hospitable and available. I promised to return to give the 5 stars

We were taken to this Trattoria when we were staying in Palombaro with relatives and what a treat it was ! Leonardo and his wife cooked us all a fabulous special meal with several courses of delicious fish, prawns, squid and of course, lovely home made pasta. It was at a fixed price of 40euros per head which included drinks. The meal was well worth the price and we even got a full blown thunderstorm thrown in which made for a memorable evening. Arrived not knowing where I was going and was met by Leonardo who quickly showed me my room. The room was lovely and comfortable with a great view of the valley towards the lake and Casoli and Palombaro. The food here is absolutely delicious and plenty of it... beware if you are not a big eater because the portions are large : The staff Adriano and Disaree (Leonardo's wife I think? are very very helpful and full of fun. There attention to you having a great experience is second to none. All in all a great place to stay and eat and at very reasonable prices. As i have just bought an apartment in Palombaro I will definately be eating here and recommending people to stay when I am over.

We walked in on a Thursday 2pm, sat down and had a very warm welcome from the waitress. The restaurant is tucked away in a quiet location and was busy considering the location. She immediately gave us water, half a glass of presecco and a starter-sized dish of carrot and olive oil mash (sounds bad, but was delicious! and bread, which was so lovely and unexpected! We ordered the 3 mini starters for our starter, you get to choose any 3 starters and they serve you mini portions of any 3 you choose, for 13 euro. The portions are SO generous, and delicious. We arrived in the dark not really knowing quite where we where! In the morning Jude opened the curtains and was totally astounded by the most spectacular sunrise and views over the hills towards the sea with the mists flowing in the valleys. The rooms were clean and most comfortable. There is a common lounge area beneath the restaurant just outside the rooms where we stayed that we used to share a bottle of wine with friends we made upstairs during our meal! Breakfast was a huge spread of cheese, cereal, meats, toast, bread and eggs as you want. This was enjoyed with views to die for out of the windows.
