A warm and friendly atmosphere to take a load of and enjoy a warming brew, some nice cake and a great catch up with friends.

I visit Darcys for a coffee or lunch with friends quite regularly, it serves a good selection of light bites and drinks, the staff are always lovely and helpful.... definitely worth a visit.

This charming restaurant on the corner is always bustling with customers. The service is great, the food is delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for a casual and affordable lunch option. Speisekarte ansehen

How can I not write a review for my local coffee shop which I visit frequently with my chum. Staff are brilliant here. Menu is extensive, my flat whites are always perfect and great toast. Wonderful place in Portchester and they signed up to Eat out to help out scheme so result.

Really lovely bright, sunny cafe. Great coffee I know because I don't need any sugar! Very friendly staff, they remember their local's regular order. Tasty paninis and jackets, lemon meringue just like you used to have as a kid! No music which for me is a bonus. Good view across the precinct to people watch and be nosy!

Darcys is a unique restaurant that offers a warm welcome and delicious food. It is a family-run establishment that is a favorite in the community. The dishes are always fresh, reasonably priced, and consistently outstanding. The jacket potatoes are enormous and the homemade chili is fantastic. We visited Darcys in Portchester NOT Fareham. The cafe was fairly quiet and we easily got a table by the window, where we watched the world go by. I ordered the sausage toastie and my friend a baked potato. We didn't have to wait long and the food was delivered by a friendly waitress. The plates were full with a generous salad to compliment our meals. My toastie was excellent and my friends potato was cooked to perfection. I recommend this cafe for a quality experience every time. I booked a table at Darcy's for my Mum's 75th Birthday. We arrived and the manageress came out and immediately wished my mum a happy birthday and gave her a hug and kiss she was totallt surprised. She then said it was nice to meet me as well. We ordererd our lunch which was, as usual, amazing. Then all the staff came to our table, with a lovely slice of cake, complete with candle and sang Happy Birthday to my lovely Mum. She was overwhemed and shed a few tears! How lovely. As we left the manageress came out again to wish my mum a Happy Birthday and gave us both a hug. Fantastuc Staff, Amazing Food but most of all the Personal Touch which is a rareity. We have visited Darcys in Porchester many times but I have to say that after todays visit we will not be rushing back … We entered the cafe and asked an employee if they had a table for 4 please.Her reply was *Weve got what you can see* Not quite the way I would have expected to be spoken to ……There were a few vacant seats but not 4 together …We decided we would wait until a table became vacant ,which It did ,after not too much of a wait … We chose our meals ,3 of which were jacket potatoes …*we’ve run out of jacket potatoes *not even a sorry we’ve run out … We settled for 3 lots of sandwiches and 1 Toastie …. I think they forgot about making the toastie as we had all finished our sandwiches... Speisekarte ansehen
