Been coming here for years. Food excellent. Sometimes feel a bit rushed but not a problem.

Best walk in Indian restaurant locally excellent value for money, Friendly staff. Children friendly even though my 5 and 8 year old grandsons are naughty Los Diablos but we go early on weekdays

Being a Monday evening my two other favourite restaurants were closed...so a decision was made to go to The Darjeeling! Hadn't been there before and can say may not be in a hurry to go again! Food and service was on par with other places but not on my fav list...! Speisekarte ansehen

First time visit to this restaurant and it was fantastic. Great Service, Friendly Staff, excellent food. Everything we ordered was delicious. From the stuffed pepper, Tandoori chicken and Prawn Purée all were good size portions and great tasting food. All main courses were good size portions and food was all delicious. Will definitely return and would highly recommend

Mar 2022. First visit to Darjeeling in 25 years. Used to be favourite restaurant until takeaway and delivery services were there obvious priority. This revisit was on a Wednesday evening and not busy, lacking any atmosphere. Normal Asian curry menu on offer. Chose set meal for 2 with 2 lagers. Food ok but not memorable. Service was good. Cost £45 not best value for money in my experience.

Disgusting! Been a customer for years. Ordered takeaway, asked twice on the phone if the driver accepted a card machine as it stated on website. Tony has never accepted card over the phone as it costs the business. Old fashioned, but asked to clarify the website comment.He said yes. Driver turned up, no card machine. Inconvenience, I asked to pay over the phone. No. Ok, as you know me can I come in at my inconvenience ! pay you tomorrow . No. Took the food back. Waste of food. Disgraceful. You do not deserve customers let alone loyal ones ! Hope you are happy with being proud of wasting food disappointing a loyal customer.
