we returned after years and the restaurant is great as it was before. we had a table in the courtyard in the shade. the service was polite and fast. the selection of foods was very good.

we live in walking distance from Verniaz, but for years not since it had some problems. today visited for lunch, very nice day so in the location to dine in the beautiful courtyard. all courses delicious and service was excellent. wants to visit again soon Speisekarte ansehen

pleasant setting, inventive kitchen with hay milk mousse and its salt cream. A perfect egg! melt the lamb with a delicious and incredible accompaniment. heartburn for sturgeon bite in the panais and coffee. a young and modern kitchen like his team. I highly recommend.

we visit la verniaz for more than years and for most of them it is our favorite choice. after a short immersion in quality, it is now back on the very high standard we had grown to love. today we ate. in the garden, which is so relaxing in the summer months. we enjoyed a menu of crabs, kalbstournedo' and the famous soufflé by verniaz with a good bottle wine with excellent service throughout. long this venerable institution can go on!

Très belle expérience à proximité de l’Evian Resort, où les points de vue sur le Leman sont imbattables. Les alentours sont charmants. L’intérieur du restaurant est assez rustique, mais on est bien assis, et surtout bien servi. Rien à redire sur la terrine en entrée, ni sur le bœuf braisé, ni encore sur le très bon dessert du jour. beautiful, amazing gastronomy experience for a reasonable price. beautiful environment and very friendly staff. I only visited the restaurant, but it was from this world. incredible contrasting aromas that when you hear first, it sounds like a sweat, but actually make them melt in their seat when they eat it. difficult to describe, much fantasy in the kitchen. great culinary experience (sometimes that are right there when they need it, but they don't feel swung). second time I was there (only restaurant,) but both life experiences.

Dîner savoureux dans une ambiance agréable. Nous avons apprécié le féra du Lac, bien cuit et assaisonné ainsi que le gourmand soufflé au chocolat. En revanche, je partage les avis précédents concernant les lacunes côté service. Serveurs débordés, mal organisés, qui ternissent le repas. Dommage! Pas de pain avec le fromage, et quand on le demande, on nous répond qu’il est dans le four. Le serveur ne revient jamais nous apporter le pain, le fromage sera mangé sans pain. Dessert long à préparer mais commandé à 19h15 lors de notre arrivée. Il est servis 21h15, 2h plus tard alors que nous n’avons pas pris d’entrée. Longue attente et nombreuses relances. Nous avons le sentiment d’avoir été oublié...
