They had no chips we all had panni very poor quailty was burnt bacon was frazzled kids meal very limted choice a lot of money for just snacks

what an amazing little gem !!!! we sat on the window seat with an amazing scenic view , icecreams were beautifully priced for the size and staff were were friendly and welcoming ! would definitely come again

We visit here every time we visit Deal for an ice cream ,snack or drink. I first visited her over 60 years ago when my father brought us here in his car and have continued over the years bring my family and then my grandchildren. Speisekarte ansehen

The ice cream sundaes were delicious as always, but the staff seemed more focused on their appearance rather than providing good service. The hygiene standards were questionable, and it was disappointing to see the lack of friendly staff compared to before.

This place is amazing I love it. All of the food and drinks are so good, I love the new look (Decor) very clean, the staff listen to all of your requests.my grandparents always take us there. I give it 5/5 stars round of applause to the owners. thank you for all that you do for Deal

Visited yesterday as the weather was beautiful. Always a winner with all of us . So much to choose from and you can sit in or take away . For us as a family we buy and take across the road and sit on the sea benches . I love the 99 in pink and white . I’d love to show you photo but I don’t post children so sorry. Went here today with our two children aged 2 and 3, and as soon as we arrived we were looked at with distain by the women behind the counter. After we ordered, they appeared to be making snide comments to each other when we sat down. Hot dogs for the kids were poor, not proper sausages and tasted really cheap and peppery. When we left we never got a thank you or goodbye, and can 100% say, I would never give this establishment another penny!!

Not given to writing poor reviews but needs must. Only ordered two Mr Whippy ice-creams but the girl behind the counter got the order wrong! The card reader was thrown down. Has the card been accepted? A grunted response. Nothing positive to say and spoiled a lovely day. There are plenty of places to go where you might be treated with some respect. Or, at the very least, with politeness. And, to top it all, the ice-cream ended up in the bin because the appalling service had left a bad taste in the mouth.

Oh dear! What a dirty place with staff that have no customer service or basic hygiene knowledge. We ordered an ice cream sundae, a Fanta and a cup of tea. The tea was returned twice on account of pieces floating in it (looked like a couple of fingernails) and also watching the surly girl make it and taking the teabag out after 10 seconds rendering the tea grey and tasteless. The girls behind the counter were applying lip gloss and running their fingers through their hair to rid themselves of loose strands. The tables are dirty, the skirting boards gross and a tupperware container at the end of the counter filled with grey water seems to be the order of the day for 'cleaning ' the tables. We...
