Meal and service excellent. Lewis our young waiter exceptional. He was very efficient and and polite, and chatty. Looked after us well.

Delicious food and really good service from hard working staff. Burgers were lovely and the steak was cooked to perfection. Diane was efficient and friendly and Claire always has time for a smile and a chat even when she’s really busy.

During our 2-night stay at Premier Inn in Livingston, we decided to dine at the Beefeater next door and took advantage of their meal deal. Our server, Lewis, was new to the role but provided excellent service. Despite his inexperience, he was very helpful, polite, and always had a cheerful smile. Lewis made our dining experience very enjoyable.

We waited about 10 minutes before anyone approached our table, then waited another 5-10 minutes before placing our order. After finishing our starters, we waited the same amount of time for our main meals. Unfortunately, my chicken dish was undercooked in the middle and the chips were cold. Just had a nice evening meal, and was very impressed by the polite and attentive Staff, Louisa B, deserves credit for her sincere approach to her customers and being new in the section, she showed confidence, and asked her co-workers if she was unsure. I find it rare in hotel annex restaurants to experience staff manners such as these. Well Done Team!

I went to this restaurant and ordered a steak, but it was served cold. I sent it back and it seemed like it had just been microwaved. The rest of the meal was also cold. I told the waitress about the issue, and she said that the type of steak I had ordered would be cold, but it shouldn't have been. I emailed to complain because I couldn't speak to a manager, but I haven't heard anything back yet.

Visited on Thursday evening with my partner. very pleased with the service we were provided. We came in as a walk in and was steamed Straight away. I ordered the Mix Grill and my partner ordered the sirloin steak. Both came perfectly cooked and was so filling. Our server Lewis M was just new but was great at explaining how the menu worked and was so helpful and pleasant the whole time we were there.
