orange juice served without glass, skorn served with squirty cream instead of tinted cream, all foods arrived separately and forget food. service was not available. this place is under new management and it shows. I will not return.

As a frequent visitor to Deli and Dune, I can confidently say that it is a fantastic place to eat. The food is consistently delicious and I have never been disappointed. The staff is amazing - they are friendly, welcoming, and always take the time to make you feel at home. I even bring my daughter along and they go out of their way to chat with her. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.

since deli and dine we have always decided to eat here when we dive into retford. We used to have a delicious meal. today I went with a friend and my partner here with his daughter to separate times. When we met later, we all said how disappointed we were. Yes, they were short staff, but eating was not up to its previous standard, it was just ok. compared to what it was earlier. eating seemed not of good quality, it was badly presented. very simple. the toilets were inadmissible and not hygienic. the good was the personal. a shame. Been in the new location quite a few times and always found it reasonable, good quality and brill service, the atmosphere is relaxed and the food is amazing. Decor is good inside, very fresh and new vibe even now, lot’s of lovely chunky wooden tables.. chairs, which I may say are very comfortable. Our woman had won a competition on Facebook for a free taster lunch, we just had to pick a day and time to go. There are great staff that are clearly passionate about local foods and gave us some great cheeses and meats to try. So what can I say, my family and I stopped into the Deli for a breakfast and I wished to pick up some of their lovely Salami, unfortunately when we left we were followed out by a young waiter, he shouted at us in front...of other people outside, Hey you haven't paid your bill this was very tactless and rude. having returned inside to the till and asked to see the manager I was treated as if I was at fault, until it was discovered that the woman who took my payment had not cleared the till. I had been given birthday vouchers in March so after lockdown was over I was finally able to use them in July. As regular customers my husband and I was really looking forward to visiting your establishment. However, it was an awful experience and I...felt that the money spent on my birthday vouchers was completely wasted. Upon entering we noticed that several tables and many chairs were stacked up against the walls which we thought was very unsightly. Clearly no forethought had been given before reopening after a long time being closed due to COVID. Then there was the wait. We waited and waited and waited.
