The food at this restaurant is delicious with generous portions. The staff, although very busy, were friendly. It is a bit pricey, but that seems to be the case everywhere at the moment.

There is no denying that the food at this restaurant is delicious and there is a wide variety to choose from on the menu. There is something for everyone! I would recommend sitting on the side of the restaurant. However, the staff were unfriendly and could benefit from some customer service training.

Me and my wife just witnessed one of the members of staff dishing up desert and licking the knife and her finger then continued to handle someone's desert, not once but twice I mean wow where is the food hygene, and then tried shouting her mouth at us to say it was for herself. I would never eat here again after witnessing that.

We went to the restaurant for lunch ordered starters Cacik and Calamari rings. We waited 45 minutes for our starter and asked a waitress 3 time where the starters were said they would check but never came back to us. We did not get asked about our main course so we paid and left and went to another restaurant to finish our meal out

Not a good stop for hot drinks. I paid for an extra shot in a flat white {having had their weak coffee before} and extra for my daughter 's non dairy flat white. The tarte au citron came as dessert with chocolate drizzle and squirty cream...more style than substance as the pastry was too soft unlike Costa pastry and I decided to leave it. The cost; almost £12 .the couple next to us also vowed not to go there again as the cream and hot chocolate tasted 'funny '.

I organized a family gathering for my wife's birthday at this restaurant and found both the restaurant and staff to be very pleasant. We were seated upstairs, away from the main dining area, but I didn't mind. I felt sorry for the staff as we had a party of thirteen. The food was excellent, with delicious Mediterranean cuisine. I would definitely go back again. Thank you to all the staff for making our experience enjoyable. I highly recommend trying it for yourself and not believing the negative reviews.

Lamb wrap cold when it arrived didn’t come with chips I waited a good 20 minutes for chips wasn’t told they ran out just kept being told it’s coming. Wouldn’t have minded waiting if wrap and chips came together. Instead of being reassured the manager came from the kitchen and started shouting at me for being rude. Then when I said I was leaving and didn’t want the food anymore and refused to pay the food came. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I left upset and annoyed and the manger came out the restaurant and continued to shout. I would not recommend to anyone. I’m surprised the Resturant has stayed open this long with this poor social skills and customer service

Met a friend who is partially deaf for lunch here. We sat side by side so she could hear me in her half good ear. Saw the reviews and we were really looking forward to it. I was half way through eating my wrap and my friend half way through eating her omelette when a waitress approached and asked if we had finished???? Confused I was then 3/4 way through eating my wrap when another waitress just took my plate without asking!! It was done so swiftly and brazenly. We asked for the desert menu and it was given begrudgingly. We decided not to order it as were uncomfortable and asked for the bill.
