"I would like to express my gratitude to the two staff members who served me on Friday, December 15th between 2-3 PM. Thank you for your patience in assisting me with ordering the sub I desired. I was confused about how the Sub Melts worked, mistakenly thinking I could choose my own toppings, but the staff informed me that they were pre-selected. This caused a bit of panic for me as I always thought Subway allowed customization. However, the two staff members were understanding and kind, making my experience much more enjoyable. Thank you both for your excellent service."

Why do the subway workers think every order is cheese and tossed without asking you before The times I have had to tell them NO cheese Mot tossed and I don’t find them very friendly ask your customers before presuming thy want their subway sandwich with cheese and tossed

Sold mouldy food and has intentionally overcharged, plus doesn't listen very well. Used to be a good Subway, now it's like this con man is trying to make people sick. Meatballs sold today tasted strongly of mould/penicillin, they are clearly gone off. Once he misheard me say footlong (like 5 times) started making me a 6inch, Then after correction, charged me for two 6 inch, pushing a simple footlong to over 9£. He has taken advantage of my blind friend to overcharge and not state the costs. Not a good Subway. Recommend to avoid, chance of food poisoning.
