Came to this hotel for a business trip room was clean functional and OK. Underground parking is good and available easily. Possibly could have informed me that the pool was not actually a pool, but instead a 20 cm puddle and not open in any case. The pictures of the hotel clearly show a pool with sunbeds around so very unusual . Reception team polite but not interested in lack of facilities. The internal spa and pool were also not open so disappointed
