A wonderful hostess will introduce you to the best of Tuscan gastronomy. Tuscan sausages, Italian and French cheeses, panzanella and Sicilian anchovies. The wine list is also excellent.

La Dispensa dei Golosi is a norcineria right at the door of Montepulciano where we ate some excellent focacce stuffed with fennel of Siena and Chianina bresaola! The exquisite proposals were accompanied by a delicious noble wine and grilled vegetables made by the owner (which I recommend). Moreover, in this evening of late August, it was the only place that gave us the opportunity to sit for a cutting board over 21.30, which would make her deserve a further star!

A pleasant discovery during a trip to the villages in the area. Despite being in Montepulciano and the vast and intriguing selection of wines present, we were tempted by the excellent craft beers and ordered two platters to taste the superb cured meats and cheeses, which the owner did not fail to explain to us with courtesy and passion.
