This was my 1st time at the Leeds Doner Summer, but have eaten at their other venues. Just love their food. So tasty. Plenty to choose from

I had never heard of this chain and I was visiting Leeds and it was recommended . I went with colleagues (non vegan) and we all enjoyed the food . I had the buttermylk chicken and the flavours and textures were delicious. Speisekarte ansehen

When Doner Summer closed in Sheffield my heart broke... It was so nice to get my fix again! Had the garlic chick'n parm, and we also had the bad gal and salt and pepper fries. Tasty, filling and loved the sauces on the side -hunny mustard particularly dreamy !!

Me my partner LOVE DS! We eat here every date night! The food is delicious, the service is great and the drinks are amazing! Portion sizes are always super generous so we often share a few dishes, or we take the leftovers home! They reheat perfectly in the air fryer! #Veganuary

If you're craving vegan junk food, this is most definitely the place to go. We shared the combo platter (fried chick'n, skin on fries, pickles, slaw and Korean 2.0 sauce) and the what's garlic in French burger, which were all excellent. The restaurant Doner Summer has turned greasy late-night food into a culinary experience with their fantastic kebabs. Their innovative and delicious vegan options add a unique twist to this indulgent cuisine. The restaurant's cozy ambiance always adds to the enjoyment of the meal. I am particularly disappointed that their Sheffield location has closed, as it was a cherished spot for savoring their exceptional dishes.

I’d love to give a 5 star review, because the food was sensational and well presented, however the service was disappointing. Staff seemed irritated when we came in to eat rather than ordering to takeaway and a 12.5% service charge was added to the bill despite the service being minimal in the first place. The only time our server seemed happy was when they were joking around with their colleagues. The menu had a vast amount of options and the ones we tried were very tasty.

Just back in Leeds this week and I must say, my recent experience at DS was not good. The staff was completely different, as expected. It seemed like the take away service had taken over. We had to send back one main course because it was cold and not fresh. The chef did come out to apologize, which was nice. The service was inconsistent - one staff member was very pleasant while the other seemed eager for us to finish our meal and leave. Despite being the last table and celebrating two birthdays, the less interested server eventually brought the bill, placed the card machine in front of me, and just stood there without saying a word.
