"Myself and my girlfriend ate at Trattoria last night for our first night in Berlin as it's only along the road from where we are staying. We must have got their at peak time as we got sat in the indoor smoking area, even though we don't smoke, and the entire room was just a cloud of smoke, it was horrific! We asked to be moved and they said they couldn't fit us in anywhere even though there was only 2 of us! It wouldn't have been as bad if it was outdoor but it was closed in! I had to scoff down my food and kept having regular drinks to get the taste of smoke out of my mouth and now my clothes still smell of it too. The food was good, the pizza was huge so very filling and you get a lot for the price. The spinach and ricotta cannelloni was amazing too! It's one of my favourites and it was definitely in the top 3 I've ever had. One of the waiters spoke decent English so that was quite easy and we know the basics in Italian so was nice to be able to say thank you. We got offered a shot of free amaretto once we had tipped aswell. Food was overall great, staff were friendly and we left full. Shame about where we were sat though as I feel it partly ruined our meal."

Nettes, kleines Restaurant mit höflichen Kellnern, die gutes Englisch sprechen. Der Service war gut und das Essen lecker. Ich habe es wirklich genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und das Essen ist authentische italienische Küche. Die Portionen sind sehr großzügig. Die Atmosphäre ist rustikal und heimelig und erinnert an häufige Besuche in Italien.

The pizzas are good, fresh ingredients on a thin crust. The staff is friendly... Although the waiter was a bit too honest about all of it being about money. Too bad the terrace is just next to the road and the music inside was terrible.

Wir haben eine Pizza zum Mitnehmen bestellt und nach 45 Minuten war sie noch nicht fertig. Als wir nachfragten, wie lange wir noch warten müssten, sagte der Restaurantbesitzer, dass er es nicht wisse, und fügte wörtlich hinzu, dass ich ein Lügner sei! Die Pizza war nicht gut und nicht richtig gebacken. Nie wieder!

I've been here 3 times already and never disappointed!!! I've ordered spaghetti 4 formaggi, pizza and gnocci al pesto Fabulous food, great service, super Italian really love it! My husband always goes for the pasta carbonara and he never regrets!! He says it's the best. One of the best Italian places in berlin according to my humble opinion. It's traditional, the portions are generous and the flavours are excellent. Not expensive at all! Must go!

After wandering around Tempelhof Feld I was attracted by the visual appeal of the building by the western entrance to Tempelhof. Inside was equally impressive with a great rustic atmosphere. I was there about 3:00 in the afternoon and it was already busy. Seemingly a popular place. Staff were attentive and friendly although quite busy. I ordered the mushroom pizza with a grosse beer. After about a 15 minute wait for the pizza I was surprised at the huge size. Good thing it was thin crust or I never could have finished it. Good pizza, good beer. All that for €12 and an offer of a free shot of grappa.

I and my wife visited this restaurant twice, It is not friendly for those that cannot speak Italian or german. We spent most of our time on Google translate trying to figure out the menu as there was no English and none of the servers seemed to speak much English either. The food was delicious the first night even thou I did not order what I thought it was. However they seem to rush you to order and than forget about you once your food is brought out as both nights we waited 45 minutes after our dishes where cleared off to receive the bill and another 10 to pay it.
