The best doughnut ever ever ever. And I know my doughnuts simple Jammy doughnut delicious thank you. The biscotti ones looked good but I can only eat one they are huge

I was originally going to have a donut, but at the last minute changed my mind. Maybe that was a mistake. I paid £3 for a cake, which was so dry and horrible, that half went in the bin. I’ve had better from a supermarket. Speisekarte ansehen

Walked past the bakery on keningston on the way home, got a raspberry muffin, liked it so much came back the next day for an almond croissant what more can I say. The pastries are tasty! Friendly people working there too.

We had breakfast here once the witching hour of 9.30 had passed and the chef had started work (so don't come early). The food was fine, the coffee was very good, and the service efficient and friendly. We were tempted, too, by the yummy looking cakes and doughnuts in the window display but decided that we are fat enough already.

The staff were very lovely and polite. They asked us to wear masks and showed us the track and trace information and the sanitiser; they were very professional and cheery. I'm so happy they are taking everyone's heath into consideration and trying to make going to the cafe a happy and safe experience. I will definitely be going again. Speisekarte ansehen

We've had breakfast here several times and enjoyed the happy buzz, and friendly staff. but our last visit wasn't great. My vegan cooked breakfast felt mean compared to the meat cooked breakfast my partner ate. And my pot of tea was only half filled, which meant I got one small cup out of it. When I asked for a top up of hot water, I was brought a small cup two thirds full of water; it's a small thing I know but it felt mean. It wasn't like we'd been hogging the table for ages, we were still eating. Silver lining: after breakfast we set off to check out alternative vegan and dog friendly cafes for future breakfasts I tried out Third Avenue this morning and am very happy I did.

Down to Earth Coffee is fast becoming my favourite café. The staff are wonderful and have been so welcoming and accommodating. I have a hearing loss and have needed a bit of extra help now face masks are compulsory. Every person who's served me has been amazing and very deaf aware. I felt reassured by the coronavirus safety measures in place too the staff are always polite and responsible. I usually get a tea or a chai latte and they are always tasty sometimes with cute latte art too! I highly recommend the donuts, you won't be disappointed. The cafe feels light and airy and I really like all the plants it feels like a peaceful place to be even when it's busy. I'm already looking forward to...

As someone who is in the high risk category for Covid-19, I have been avoiding most spaces that just don't seem to be taking social distancing and track trace properly. However, Down to Earth feels so incredibly safe to me, with regular cleaning and everyone being well-spaced at tables! I can't fault the politeness of the staff who are dealing with such an impossible situation with amazing patience and politeness. They were a little shaken after a man swore at them for gently asking him to wear a mask, and then carried on serving us cheerily, and did so well despite having to deal with such rude people as they attempt to enforce government policy (he never said he was exempt, just hurled abu...
